Over the next few months, Outlands will be going into it's 8.0 update.
This will mean:
Brand new bespoke patches. Staff have found an artist willing to work with us in creating a newer, better, faster and stronger Outlands.
A new map. Yes, we're going to be scaling back a few things. The map is overbearingly large and the dens and territories are suffering for it. Expect newer improved lands with dens that look unique for each one.
Another soft restart. You will be given the option to continue your character as normal or begin a new if this latest expansion did not suit your needs.
More dream staff opportunities. What it says on the tin, really!
This will take some time, and while it does we ask for your patience. The dream may feel a little lacklustre during routine updates and Staff may be a little distant while we pour our brains into this new project. But we PROMISE you, we're doing this for the benefit of the dream and it's patrons.
We will be doing a small donation drive to help staff with costs of some of these patches. This may come with minor prizes such as a permanent hybrid slot or a particular part of the map designated just for you. Maybe even a den to call your own.
