At the sendoff, lightning struck the ship, causing an explosion in the Sea Guardian's mouth. Angered, the Sea Guardian retaliated by obliterating a chunk of the docks with a tidal wave. Most of the townsfolk were saved by the intervention of a strange man and his magi, their identity unknown””but rumors say that the man was the mysterious master of the castle in the woods. Furthermore, in the wake of the accident, Mayor Ilius has gone missing.
