Ahhh, such a lovely morning dawned over the island of Perditions Rock. As usual, citizens rose from their beds to begin their days at the docks, the lumber camps, the mines, and various shops, only to be greeted by some grisly scenes. In the tavern, a wolf head is set on the bar, along with two, severed bloody paws. One of those paws holds a bottle of very fine, top shelf rum. Around the infirmary, the figures of the four Serpent guards are laying prone on the ground. At first, it appeared they might have been sleeping, until one saw the arrows protruding from either an eye, the chest, or the center of the forehead. And last, but not least, new flyers seem to have cropped up during the night. Not as many as before, and placed in strategic places for maximum exposure. "100 gold pieces for the head of Commodore Kalix'nial, payable at the gates of Erebus Castle."
