- Respect all members, regardless of your liking towards them, in private & public. Be considerate of other people's feelings and boundaries.
--- No hate speech (sexism, racism, queerphobia, ableism, etc.).
--- Discriminatory jokes are not allowed.
--- Harassment and elitism (insulting or belittling others based on personal preferences) is prohibited.
--- Don't share or discuss other active dreams or RP communities, unless doing so would be constructive to Primordia and the ongoing conversation.
--- Please try to keep text discussion accessible:
--- Avoid strikethrough text or weird fonts in your username, as it can be very difficult to read and prevents screenreaders from working.
--- Please change your server nickname to match active Dream alts or mains in Furcadia.
--- Use tone tags whenever possible / as needed.
- RP here is not meant to be cliquey. If you're excluding others with your behavior, you will be confronted about it.
--- If you have an issue with another player, and resolving it on your own is not working, please report it to a mod so issues can be dealt with before they grow out of control
- "No means no" rule: If you as a member ask someone something & they say no, don't ask again.
--- If you suspect someone is saying no in bad faith (such as in the case of cliquey behavior), bring it up to a mod privately.
--- OOC persona play is okay (such as snuggling, etc), however please seek permission from others first before engaging with anyone this way.
- All content posted aloud should be T+ in nature. Swearing is fun and permitted so long as everyone in the area is also comfortable with it.
--- No pictures/videos of gore, or graphically injured/dead animals/taxidermy allowed at any time
--- Label and spoiler potentially triggering content on websites, descriptions, or conversation, especially when it involves imagery

arachnophobia, trypophobia, real life religion, food, bodily issues, medical issues, discrimination/bigotry, substances, weaponry, abuse, real world conflicts/crises
- No commercial advertising.
--- Tasteful self promotion may only be done in descriptions, not posted aloud. Even when it's in descriptions, it may not be written in a spammy format.
--- Self promotion includes things like advertising for online stores, commissions, products, digos, other dreams, alts etc.
--- Terms of payment and amounts offered must be included publicly with any visible listing.
--- You may not solicit volunteers of Primordia to work for you.
- No shitposting. No spam is permitted at any time (aloud, or in descriptions).
- No venting or offering/soliciting advice. This space is not designed nor are the people here equipped to help when it comes to self help or venting.
--- If you are having a tough time IRL, please call a suicide hotline or seek out close friends for support.

- Incitement - Encouraging the breaking of rules, inciting others to be blatantly rude and offensive, or otherwise promoting and/or encouraging conflicts between other members.
- Trolling - Disrupting the chat, making a nuisance out of yourself, deliberately making others uncomfortable, or otherwise attempting to start trouble.
- Doxxing & encouraging self-harm - Publicly posting and spreading personal information without permission, or telling someone, even jokingly, to hurt themselves.
- Throwing accusations - Accusations are taken very seriously here. If an accusation is made, there must be actual proof alongside it (screenshots, logs, etc.), and it should be brought up privately to a mod rather than aired out publicly.
- Repeatedly breaking rules - If you have been warned more than two or three times in quick succession about your behavior, you may soon be facing a ban.
All reports about you from other players and any moderator interactions with you are privately logged, and will be used to determine whether a ban is warranted.
Please discuss any rules you're worried about or don't completely understand with a mod. Intent and honest mistakes are taken into account before any decision is made.
- Disrespecting mods - Insulting the mods or becoming belligerent after being warned.
- Complaining about mods - Accusing or grumbling in public about mods' misconduct / favoritism, especially without a relevant logfile.
If you ever have a concern about a particular mod interaction you've had, we welcome you to message a different mod privately and include any relevant screenshots/logs so your concern can be addressed.
RP conduct rules
Remember, members of this community may report any instances of uncomfortable RP to the mods. You'll always be warned for breaking an RP conduct rule before any further consequences are taken (unless your behavior falls into one of the major offenses).
Discuss consent ahead of time to prevent conflict or miscommunication.
Learning to role play with consent may be a learning process for you, and that's okay. If you're still learning, know that a mod may reach out to you. If you're not willing to adjust with feedback, this may not be the right community for you.
Remember, members of this community may report any instances of uncomfortable RP to the mods. You'll always be warned for breaking an RP conduct rule before any further consequences are taken (unless your behavior falls into one of the major offenses).

- Players' comfort always has more priority than the game itself, and as such the following rules apply:
--- Be respectful of others' comfort and check in if you're unsure how someone's doing.
--- Stop the game if needed, you can always come back to it or fade to black.
--- Have open OOC dialogue between turns, to incorporate your partners' ideas.
--- Due to Furcadia's rules on private areas or whisper sharing, OOC dialogue should be done aloud, rather than in whisper, so that you may freely report any uncomfortable instances to a mod, should it be needed.
- Player vs Player combat is intentionally meant to be very rare in this dream. In the unlikely instance where it occurs, the following rules apply:
--- How you feel about character death must be advertised upfront in your description/ RP profile.
--- Discuss ahead of time what kinds of outcomes you are okay with, and come to an agreement before starting.
--- Open collaboration between all involved parties is required, especially with character death. The victor should involve the dying character's player in the decision making process for the narrative.
- IC =/= OOC
--- Don't take In Character happenings into consideration in how you treat someone Out Of Character, or vice-versa.
- ICA = ICC
Stands for "In Character Actions = In Character Consequences", which means what your character chooses to do will bring about real world repercussions for them to deal with.
--- If your character is rude, inciting, trolling, stealing, or attacking without proper provocation etc, they will be received poorly. Just because you may not want Character death does not excuse you from receiving IC repercussions.
- No vigilante justice
If you've wanted to initiate combat with someone due to their character's inciting behavior, but said person is not comfortable with combat scenes, please report the log to moderators. This may be someone attempting to skirt IC consequences. Mods may assign them an IC consequence instead.
