I like to cook all sorts of things! I'm not too worried about sugar and carbs in my dinners because I tend to eat plenty of veggies and proteins, which levels out my bloodsugar levels, so I think this is a little bit for everyone!
I'll post recipes in a new post, and will link to them from this first post.

Delicious Meatballs
These are really good flavorful meatballs that pretty much anyone will love or be able to adapt! The cumin powder can be very overpowering (I like it), but you can leave it out entirely or reduce the amount.
Tools:
Stove top
Frying pan
Large bowl
Teaspoon and tablespoon measuring spoons
Ingredients:
1 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1 minced onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried ginger (2 for fresh)
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp bread crumbs
Dollop of butter or some oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Put the beef in the bowl and mix the egg and minced onion through it with a fork or your hands.
2. Add all the spices and mix well.
3. Add all the breadcrumbs and mix well again until the meat is dry enough to handle without sticking to your hands.
4. Make 6 meatballs and put on a plate. Heat up the butter or oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
5. Flatten the meatballs a little to make them more disc-shaped, and cook them in the oil on both sides until they're crispy on the outside and well done on the inside. (About 10-15 minutes total)
These meatballs freeze well, so you can make a bunch in advance and nuke them in the microwave on those "I don't want to cook" days. They taste exceptionally good with mashed potatoes and peas/green beans.
