I have had these three cake recipe ideas in my mind for a long time. However everyone in my household is on a diet so I have a hard time justifying making even one of my ideas, let alone all three! So I am hoping that maybe some of you guys would be willing to make and taste test these recipes for me. *Maybe take some pictures too so I can marvel over my culinary creations.

Why is this cake a surprise cake? Because it has a peanut butter cookie middle layer!

Step 4: Once cookie is done, remove one cake from it's pan and use pan to cut out cake size cookie. Do what you want with remaining cookie scraps.
Step 5: Coat top of bottom cake with chocolate frosting and then carefully top with peanut butter cookie. Then coat the top of peanut butter cookie with more chocolate frosting before topping with remaining cake.
