I'm trying to venture out away from boxed foods to make things more and more from scratch, and today I'm deciding to start with a nice Brekfast For Dinner (raucous cheering and applause)!
I will be preparing beef bacon, it is real and it is amazing, variety eggs with peppers, garlic, and some spices, fresh fruit diced to bite size pieces and finally the carb lovers delight... Pancakes.
Not just any pancakes, folks, pancakes made with oils, slivered cherries, and powdered sugar if you please to crave a sweet touch. They are so moist you don't need syrup. Should I share the recipe?
What do you like to do with your pancakes? Do you stick to a box or do you make yours from whatever is in the cupboards? Lets exhange recipes. ❤

Mm, pancakes~ I just had a few this morning! Sadly, I kinda stick to the box method because it's faster that way, but I would love some homemade recipes to add to my ever growing repetoire as well!
I usually like to add the standard syrup on them (the buttery kind is heaven), but then I get experimental every so often and drizzle caramel syrup, chocolate, top with some candies and/or whipped cream for a yummy dessert... I have too much of a sweet tooth, if it isn't obvious.
But I would love that recipe! It sounds divine with the oils and the powdered sugar~ (Kinda reminds me of funnel cakes down here, actually.) But is it possible to replace the cherries with another fruit, like strawberries or apples? If it's not, that's totally fine! It still sounds heavenly enough to try!

OF COURSE WE WANT THE RECIPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for myself, I prefer to favor my dad's recipe, which is a bastardization of Bisquick's ULTIMATE PANCAKE recipe and the old "High Altitude" recipe (I can't currently find it and he's in Sweden at the moment to confirm the exct recipe.
That said, your pancakes sound like thebomb.com and I'd love to hear about them and try them in my own kitchen!

Has anyone ever tried to make these?
I would love to try, but I don't have a rice cooker.

I've seen that before! I've heard you can also use a slow cooker for it as well. It makes a huge pancake, but it looks so yummy~
