I'm not lying. It is a 2 ingredient base, with no eggs, flour, butter or added sugars plus whatever you wish to add in order to jazz it up a bit.

Preheat oven to 350°

Cookie base
2 ripe bananas
1&1/2 cups of quick oats

Mash bananas and oats together until well combined

Additions
This is where the recipe gets fun! You choose what to add to make this recipe extra awesome. Today I added some chocolate chips, next time I want to try raisins and a dash of cinnamon. Other options include but are not limited to peanut butter or nuts, or dried fruit.

Once you've got it all whipped together drop cookies on a cookie sheet line with parchment paper; bear in mind that you will have to flatten these with the back of a spoon as they do not spread, remember to flatten them or they won't cook properly. They take about 20ish mins to bake, you'll know they're done when they're beginning to brown on top and appear firm. Once removed from oven you'll wanna give these puppies a chance to set and cool or you'll be treated to gooey molten delicious burning sensations.

Oh my goodness this sounds so fun!!! I'd like to try it sometime. If I do, I'll probably post pictures. Wow :D Who knew it was so easy U.U I think it would be good with raisins and nuts, or peanut butter chips, just from the sound of it. Or maybe coconut? Ah, I have so many ideas for more cookie deliciousness!!!
