This is a record of one-serving recipes that I've worked on or written myself that I'd like for other people to try. These are suited for a low-carb or dairy/egg vegetarian lifestyle, but can be tweaked to add, replace, or omit whatever ingredient you like. Sesame Rice Vinaigrette Dressing
Base:
•1 teaspoon rice vinegar
•1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
•½ teaspoon soy sauce, soy aminos, or coconut aminos
•1-2 teaspoons mayonnaise (optional)
Seasonings:
•¼ teaspoon ground ginger
•¼ teaspoon ground coriander
•⅛ teaspoon ground cumin
•⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
• black pepper to taste
1. Pour first three base ingredients into a small container with lid.
2. Add seasonings; adjust according to personal taste. Cap the container tightly and shake to combine.
Note: For a creamy dressing, add the optional mayonnaise to the container. Leave it out for a standard vinaigrette.
Serves one.
As an aside, I would like to say that this is a fantastic idea and thank you very much. Usually my biggest obstacle in cooking is cooking only for myself, so I'm thrilled to see this grow
