Yes, I like my steaks. The Scotch Rib filet is a really good cut, though I do like the 'flatiron' cut as well. If my budget is tight, then I get a deboned porterhouse

This is a good Maranide for any of them. Recommend marinating the steak overnight in the fridge. Get it marinading early so you can turn it in the marinade before bedtime.

1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
