The Chief Lake: The lake is best known for being home to a number of rare Water-types, but more importantly, the center of the lake contains the ancient Azure Temple. Many people flock out here to get a glimpse of this ancient wonder of the world.

The Azure Temple: This ancient temple was once home to an ancient group that worshiped the legendary Pokemon, Lugia. Some people have claimed that Lugia slumbers underneath the temple, swimming around in the very depths of the Chief Lake, though no one has confirmed it yet.

The Royal Sea: The shining sea gets its name from the large number of Slowking that live on its shores. These odd Water-types have formed a sort of hierarchy where the younger, less powerful Slowking serve the older, more powerful ones. The island that's situated in the center of the sea was once home to the royal family that ruled over Kanzasu in ancient times, but now it serves as the headquarters for the Elemental Trainers.

Royal Laboratory: Before the formation of Team Nebula, the Royal Laboratory was used to study astronomy, they wanted to find out what it was like outside of their home world, but soon after the formation of Team Nebula, it was taken over and is now used as their base of operations. Few people enter the lake surrounding the Laboratory out of fear of Team Nebula.

The Hall of the Elements: The Hall of Elements was formally the castle that housed the royal family that ruled over Kanzasu in ancient times, but now it is inhabited by a large number of Slowking and various other Water-type Pokemon. Murals of the legendary Kyogre and the mythical Manaphy can be seen in various spots of the castle.

Lost Woods: A strange forest that houses three, crumbling towers that are rumored to be home to the three stones associated with the deities of Sinnoh, most specifically, Dialga's Adamant Orb, Palkia's Lustrous Orb, and Giratina's Griseous Orb. It is believed that if one successfully reaches the top of any of the three towers, they will meet with one of the deities. However, navigation through the forest is tough due to the tall, thick trees and the lack of anything that could really be used as a reference point. Reckless and unwary travelers can easily wind up lost in this forest. it is home to a number of Bug-, Grass-, Poison-, Flying-, and Water-type Pokemon.

Forest of Misery: This dense forest is home to a rundown temple that's home to the spirits of three children; a boy and two girls, they appear to be related. It is unknown how they lost their lives, but they have been known to befriend those who enter the forest only to find out that they can no longer play with anyone. They invoke sadness to even the most emotionally stable of trainers. The children are noted for having a depressing innocence as they seemingly relapse in their sad cycle; befriending those they care only to find out that they are no longer normal children and cannot play like they wish... only to repeat this cycle a few days later. This forest is rumored to be home to the legendary Regigigas, though he will only awaken if the forest is in danger and was once believed to have played a fatherly role towards these children. It is also home to a number of Ice-, Ghost-, Psychic-, Normal-, and Flying-type Pokemon.

Haunted Bog: This strange bog is notable for being home to an unusually large population of Ghost-types. It's believed to have formed over an ancient burial ground, but no one is positive. Due to the uneasy and eerie feeling the bog provides, many people avoid traveling here, even veteran trainers are wary about entering.

The Thunder Mountains: Despite the cold location, the Thunder Mountains are home to numerous Electric-type Pokemon, including the legendary Raikou. The center of the mountains are perhaps best known for their near endless thunderstorms; in spite of the danger the constant storms present, many brave and stupid trainers come out here just in hopes of seeing the Raikou. Team Nebula was known for having a base deep with then the mountains, but it's since been abandoned.

The Crystal Lake: The odd lake is most famous for the many crystals that form at the bottom of the lake. These beautiful gems create a shining, multicolored light show under the water. Many treasure hunters come out here in hopes of making big bucks while others come to gaze upon the ancient tower on the island in the center of the lake.

The Tower of Reflection: This is perhaps one of the strangest places in all of the Pokemon world. The inner walls and the floors of the tower are made up entirely of multicolored, reflective glass. The most peculiar feature of this odd tower is the mystical, seemingly glowing mirror floating in the center of the uppermost floor. Rumors have stated that this mirror leads to another world, though no one has ever confirmed this, as those who cross the mirror are said to never return.
