Just popping in to say I'm not sure how I feel about Pokemon: Let's Go as a game. Excited about Kanto revisit, but also wish we'd had a spin-off in a new region or Mystery Dungeon for the Switch instead.
There's my two cents on it. I'm sure it'll be just fine to play, just nervous about it.

Yeah, I dunno how i feel about it yet. I do want a new region for the switch, but I've decided I won't bother playing any new Pokemon games if I don't like the starters. Husb and I were excited for SunMoon until we saw the final evos. >_<

Yeah, usually that turns me off of an upcoming game unless I know I'll absolutely adore some other region-specific 'mon that'll replace my starter on the team. That's the only thing that got me to try SunMoon... I fell in love with rockruff, grubbin, and mudsdale and fully expected to swap off litten for one of them.
Though I got attached to my Torracat to the point where I stopped preventing him from evolving just so he'd finally stand a chance against certain pokemon.
