RR: ...I'm not sure. *considers for a moment, and then rolls up her sleeve to reveal the bandage* I've had this for a couple days now. They made it for me, it helps keep my emotions in check. So I can think things through before I freak out about something.
II: Does it work?
RR: *rolling her sleeve back down* Yeah. Or, it has. The big emotions are tucked away somewhere they can't overwhelm me or force me to dwell on them. But back there--it didn't keep me from being harsh. Hearing them say they'd... The thought of them hating her, or that if something bad happened, they wouldn't... wouldn't save her... I was angry. A lot angrier than I should have been.
