Here, let me. *takes the comb and holds out a length of her own hair where Hamnet and Factor can see* I had a lot of trouble with this when I was little, too. If you don't comb your hair every day, it can hurt some when you do. *slowly runs the comb through her hair* See, this is what we're doing--going through the hairs so they untangle and come out smooth. It'll feel a lot lighter and softer when we're done. May I try? I'll go in little bits so it won't pull so hard.
