0u0 and... here we are. ^u^ 0u0 in general, if you are in an environment with plants that have the ability to communicate in a more direct manor, they are most usually the ones you should consult as to what you should do. Many such plants are willing to be quite helpful if asked. but they may be far less helpful if you simply act as if you get to choose to pick fruit from them without asking. There are a few exceptions to this though. A few talking plant types are to be dealt with very carefully. One such plant is the Red grasses. they are very knowledgeable, but have an obsessive compulsion with lieing to everyone they meet. 0_0

The Red Grasses will tell you the wrong things just to make things hard. but understanding that is whats important. if you can understand things, then they can become better. you can choose to not listen to them. 0u0 however, most other talking plants are much nicer. They might ask you to help them with a problem or two, but if you can find a talking plant while in the wilderness, then you're usually in a good place. There are a few exceptions though, which is why its critical to understand them. a bad talking plant can be just as bad as a poisonous mushroom if you are not careful. 0_0

It sounds like interacting with talking plants is a lot like talking to any stranger. Some are nice and helpful, and some are not.

If they offer you something to eat or drink, Do NOT eat or drink it. *Ribbon doesn't go into detail about why these plants try and get you to eat and drink. simply knowing not to is whats important*
And weeping wiltows. *turns to a picture of a willow-esk tree with vauge, face-like forms going along its trunk* they sound like they are crying, and if you get to close, you'll start crying as well. They are a bit less dangerous than others, but trying to help a weeping wiltow will only make you feel sad inside...

Crystal Roses, fertulips, berry bloomers... they tend to grow around eachother. sometimes they argue about things that are harder for them to take care of with their lack of mobility, so if you can help them they are sure to be grateful. 0u0
-u- and one of the most important ones to know. 0u0 Butterfly Dragon gravelilies.
-u- if you ever meet one, you will know. and whatever, whatever it asks you to do, you should do it. ^u^ its the most perfect Flower, and even just meeting someone who has seen one is a sign of incredibly good fortune. 0u0 *Ribbon feels very strongly about this type of flower*

0u0 well. 0~0 ... 0u0 I, had actually met one a long time ago... I. 0u0 ... I was having difficulty with learning how to be a Healer, and one showed itself to me, asking me to pick it. grind its leaves into a salve. stew its petals into a tonic... roast its stem, then extract, and concentrate the fluid inside it... It, talked, to me the whole time... Processing such a Perfect Flower was very difficult for me to do... but I got through it with my will steeled enough to do what I needed to do to learn to be a healer. ^u^ It helped to change the whole course of my life. without it, my life might have ended up totally different. 0u0 *Ribbon seems to not totally want to mention such violent acts she had to perform, but she's honoring the Flower's memory*
