Wanted posters have gone up around Siochain, depicting a man in a dark cloak with a violet dagger and bushy white eyebrows. While the information on how to identify him is sparse, anyone suspicious is to be reported to the Watch immediately. He is wanted in connection with an attack on the countess whilst in the presence of Cecil (BlueHawk).
