Please be advised that there is a traveling bard that has been harassing a new citizen, Miss Sassy Fox. She has made it known that his advances are not welcomed but he continues to peruse her and attempt to otherwise disturb her existence.
His name is Laharl; he is reportedly a human man with blond hair and dark blue eyes. I am told he always has an instrument or two with him and that her perpetually grins and has a self possessed swagger about him.
Please have this man held for questioning in regard to the charges brought up against him by the Lady.
