A few evenings ago, a neatly written report in a carefully sealed envelope landed across Ceara's desk.

Concerning the affair at the carpenter's storehouse and mill.

Around two thirty on the morning of Wednesday the last, during my rounds, there was a disturbance in the sawmill. I entered to find the entire premises in disarray, but having since spoken with the owner and a full inventory taken account, nothing of note, to our notice, was removed. I have very little else of note to inform you of, Captain, and for that I apologize. I found no evidence of forced entry, and no tracks either to or from that were fresh enough to be of use in my investigation.

Being that there seems to have been nothing stolen and very little else to go on, I have let my inquiries into the matter rest, but I thought you would appreciate what little knowledge on the subject there was to be gained.

Respectfully yours,
Allyraine Nysonia
