Like the lovely Sarah said it looks like it's been set to uppercase with no decoration, a custom style rather than a glitch. I don't think it's possible to override it with bbcode, personally though i'd say it looks lovely ♡
Maybe if you removed the strike, leave that part as plain text and then made the "i've changed my mind" part into a spoiler tag instead? I think that'd work just as well for you.
