Age: unknown, acts like she's between 16 and 19 and her Alt. Mode reflects that

Her human alternate mode has pail skin, bright red hair with blond streaks, blue eyes. He shirt is black, with the rolls at the top being purple. The scarf she has around her neck is purple as well. She has purple arm warmers uner her shirt, a black skirt, puprle stockings and black boots(HEY! GUESS WHAT HER FAVORITE COLOR IS
!).
In her robot mode she has a generally more human build and appearance in bot mode, having a nose, audio-receptors where her ears would be and a helm that forms over her head. Her armor is predominantly shiny black, with his face, upper arms, and upper thighs are navy blue. Her eyes are similar to Starscreams'. She wears her human clothes in robot mode normally.
Bio: She was built by Shockwave during his time on Earth as an experiment to make a Cybertronian that could perfectly replicate the human population. He didn't anticipate her feeling more human emotions, eventually developing a crush on the former Decepticon Commander. Unfortunately for her Starscream does not share her feelings, and finds her alt. mode disgusting, and her adoption of human culture to be somewhat odd for a cybertronian. Thankfully Starscream does see the usefulness in being able to monitor the Autobot's human friends and has her sent to Jasper to keep an eye on Jack, Miko, and Raf.
Personality: She comes off as a normally nice, friendly person, if a bit rude and condescending. Her true nature however is much different. Normally she is cruel, envious despising other Femmes that have caught Starscream's optics(For example, Slipstream), and has a superiority complex regarding humans. Despite this she has made some true friendships with a few humans.
Alt. Mode: Human
Other: She has a "care taker" in the form of a Vehicon that transfers his mind into a Pretender body with a Cortical psychic patch. His Pretender alt. mode takes the form of a police officer. She isn't particularly conservative with her nature as a Decepticon towards Jack, Miko, and Raf.

If you want to yeah you can. I count canon characters as any character that had been made in any Transformers storyline, for instance Hotshot is a canon character that would need a profile put up here, due to not being in the current roster of canon characters.

Appearance: Black main armor with silver highlights and under armor. A shorter and slim figure, similar to most femmes. A black crest extends to her upper back, simulating hair (if they had hair).
Bio: a young autobot scout, Ricochet joined the Great War the same time Bumblebee did, although she was much younger than him at the time. They were best friends, pulling pranks on other cadets and goofing off whenever possible. Unfortunately, they were placed in separate factions. Ricochet went on to become a scout/first line of defense for her own squad. Unfortunately they were all wiped out except for her, and from then on, every squad she joined afterwards had horrible and unexplainable bad luck. Ricochet was branded as a jinx and most squads refused to work with her willingly, forcing her to become a solo warrior.

She floated through space and managed to crash land on Earth, where she was hidden in the ocean until the year 1679, and didn't reactivate until roughly 1980 during a transportation from south America to North America, where she woke up and escaped. She was in hiding until rescuing a village of humans from a rampaging decepticon, which is where she is found by the autobot team in the year 2006. After that she worked with them to handle MECH and other threats, and volunteered to remain on earth when others left to return to Cybertron.
Personality: Spunky, hard headed, stubborn, highly protective, is not afraid of dying but she will hold off long as she can, is not one to back down from a challenge and is extremely loyal and trusting.

Faction: Autobot spy, but is she a spy for the autobots or was she sent to watch both sides by an unknown group? Who knows!
Appearance: A femme only a bit taller then Bulkhead, Stonecrusher is a strong dark grey bot with black highlights and mesmerizing blue optics. She wears a black and grey mask over her face so only her optics show through but she would never show what's under it. She has a bow and is often making and experimenting with different types of metals and different effects to make arrows for different things. She also has hidden compartments in her forearms, the back of her lower legs, just below her spark chamber, and one on her neck she stored liquids in.
Bio: She came to the team, hurt and in need. She had a decepticon symbol on her right shoulder blade but she had scratched it quite a few times over, it was clear she didnt want anything to do with them but that didnt matter at the time, what mattered was the fact that she was hurt and in need of assistance. After Ratchet fixed her up(and took the decepticon symbol off) she asked the same question that she always wonders if it was the right thing to ask: "Can I work with you guys?" She hated herself for being a spy, having to go back to the decepticons and work for them, work with them..... but now? Now she can talk and rebuild, but there are still so many mysteries to be discovered, so many past relationships to find out...
Personality: She is kind and caring, but also tends to be loud, overly-excited and only half-listening to what's going on. Her processor is more often focused on ideas and ways to find more materials and things that have to do with her but the moment she hears that her human(Justin) or any of the humans, any of her friends are in danger and she will snap completely into someone else, she will be dead silent as she listens completely to whoever said it but make sure you dont mention who took/hurt them unless you want them offline.
Alt. Mode: Jeep Wrangler, the hidden compartments stay hidden and act as more space.
Other: She will make bombs for no reason and she is completely meme-material, and I say that because she is funny, clueless, and random.
Human
Name: Justin Villa Esquievel
Age: Looks 15, is around 20
Gender: Male, he/him
Appearance: He has a very average shape, his ribs dont show but he isnt really chubby or anything but he does have a slightly muscled look. His eyes are dark blue and his hair starts at dark brown at the roots but fades into a really light brown by the time you get to the end of his fluffy locks. He has black, rounded glasses but he sometimes wears clear contacts.
Bio: He started out as an FBI agent at age 12 because of his smarts, acting skills, and connections but by the time he was 14 he was changed, he was taken by the decepticons, experimented on. It was mostly to get a rise out of the humans involved with the bots but it left him a lot less trusting, aged slower too. Now he is Fowler's right-hand man, his assistant, his errand boy, anything needed and Justin wont say a word.
Personality: Outgoing, assertive, talkative, dispassionate, blunt, and independent, smart, and creative. Though he also is neat, hard-working, unconventional and controlled.
Other: He likes to be the centre of attention but mainly because he gets his energy from being around others, he has an intense hate for dogs and will often hide if he so much as hears one. He is 6' 5" and is Raf's older brother, though they dont have the best relationship, mostly just a friendship type rather than a sibling bond, but Justin will always make sure his younger brother is okay, no matter the cost.
Both are on earth but Stonecrusher does go back sometimes to help rebuild, not a lot but her work is honest work.
