The fey is divided up into 3 courts or species- the Summer, Winter, and Dark fey.
The Summer fey tend to be very warm to the touch and dress in autumn colours and furs like fox, bear, deer, wolves etc. They’re also tan with yellow or orange eyes and varying hair colours of red, yellow, orange, or brown. Their build is of average height with average slim weight- the males are noticeably muscular. While some fey in all species have wings, they are blessed with characteristics of a forest in the summer- some having horns, claws, feathers, and rock imbedded into their skin.
The Winter fey tend to be very cold to the touch- frost settling on their bodies- and dress in winter colours and furs like white and black rabbits, artic wolf, deer, polar bears, etc. They are very pale with pale blue, purple or white eyes and varying hair colours of white, black, blue, and purple. Their build is extremely tall and emaciated- the skeleton showing especially in their hips and ribcage- the females tend to be shorter than the males who are given some muscular build. The Dark fey is exactly as their name states- dark, sinister faeries who tend to be of average temperature and dress in dark clothing; mostly leather and silk. They’re pale with dark sunken in eyes and varying hair colours of dark red, blue, black, white, and brown. Their build is of average height and average weight- the males being very muscular in some instances. These faeries are prone to have wings the most- mostly bat-like or dragonfly-like. They also have the characteristics of hell- dark horns, claws/talons, feathers, scales, rock imbedded into their skin, forked tongues, bones protruding from the skin, platelets, fangs, and antennae.
