Visitor
Anyone who comes to the bar is a Visitor. We love our visitors, you're always welcome, and have full access to most of the dream. This title allows you to go into the private rooms, the public bath house, the public bar(s), and the bathrooms (cause we're not restricting you from the bathrooms ;p).

VIP
This rank is an earned rank. You may earn it in several ways, including donating dragonscales, donating art or patch work we need/want done (or just frequent drawings of staff/VIPs). Or if you're just a regular visitor who we notice here often enough! This gives access to VIP only areas, and priority in anything we have limited numbers for. Any time there is a giveaway, VIPs will get double chance to win!

These are ranks for people who work with the bar, but more for the BDSM side of it. They're employees in the regard that they work IC for the bar. They're only employed IC, and have no OOC authority. They can, however, escalate OOC things to staff to be handled (as anyone should if need be). They are however, staff for the purposes of all IC tasks.
Note: All the Bar Submissive roles MUST be consented to OOCly before any claim is made. If you wish to be a bar submissive/pet/slave, please contact staff, or during RP ask OOCly to a staff member in a whisper. If you are approached, you are allowed to refuse it completely, or ask for a different rank, they MUST comply.

Bar Slave
This is the lowest rank in the bar, the only rank that is actually outranked by visitors. Bar slaves must at all times follow a specific code of conduct listed below, and is for all intents and purposes a piece of property owned by the bar as an entity. Bar slaves may be bought from other places, claimed, or if one volunteered. In all cases, the slave is expected to perform all duties for the bar, including sexual and nonsexual. The slave has no rights, and is not considered in any decision making process other than hearing ideas and considering them to the merit of the idea.
Code of Conduct
1) All Visitors are Ma'am or Sir.
2) All VIP in VIP areas are Lord or Lady (they may request Ma'am or Sir if they wish).
3) All staff are Master or Mistress (they may request a lower title if they wish).
4) Bar slaves may be taken sexually by any staff.
5) Bar slaves may be rented to visitors or VIP for sexual use.
6) Bar slaves have a special device in their collar, that if they are about to be permanently scarred in any way for any reason, they are released (no killing/maiming slaves!).
7) If the bar wishes to breed a bar slave, they may do so at any time.
8) Female bar slaves who become pregnant gain permission to deny sexual acts or physically intensive acts. They may still be asked to serve drinks or other non-physically intensive things.

Bar Pet/Submissive
The bar pet/submissive is ranked equal to a visitor, but has some restrictions and some permissions added to them. Bar Pets are allowed to enter VIP and Staff areas, but in exchange must act as an employee. Mixing drinks, tending to VIP rooms as a delivery service, and other general non-sexual tasks. There two are not in any way outranked by one another, and are expected to treat all visitors and staff with respect. Bar pets/submissives must at all times refer to staff and guests as Sir or Ma'am, whichever is most preferred. No staff member may lay claim on a bar submissive/pet as their own. One key difference, is that a bar pet, unlike a submissive, may be forced into semi-sexual scenarios. These may include nudity or bondage, but not sex. Sex is always optional for both the pet and the submissive. The bar pets must be willing to be touched and fondled, but sexually they only submit to whomever they deem fit. A bar pet may also submit long term to staff member(s), letting them have sex with the pet whenever they want without further consent. Bar pets/submissives may not be rented out against their will, but may volunteer for it. A bar pet may take the position of a prostitute for the bar, but only when and if they see fit.

Bar Master/Mistress
Bar Masters and Bar Mistresses are employees who work in the pen/pit area. They are experts in the equipment, and can answer questions, help with learning how things work, and can use bar pets/slaves for shows (depending on what the show needs). Bar Masters/Mistresses are not ranked above full staff, but are considered staff for the purposes of the submissives/pets. This rank may only be applied for by a VIP as an alternative version of VIP. Staff of the bar are full fledged staff members. This includes IC and OOC.

Employee
No title of employee is higher than another, and is expected to manage their station, and help with IC and OOC alike. They are expected to handle all customers, and not discriminate at any time for any reason. Staff members may not be owned or own anyone who works for the bar, nor any bar submissive/pet/slave. The employee may have one of the following titles, more may be added later:
Bartender
Pit Master/Pit Mistress
Bouncer
Dancer/Stripper
Entertainer/Cuddler/Courtesan

Manager
A manager is someone who has hiring/firing authority, as well as the authority to set a member to VIP. Managers are basically employees with the added responsibility of maintaining the employees under their watch. If an employee is receiving complaints/compliments, the manager is informed to act appropriately. All managers are expected to be present in the bar frequently to manage their stations, it is asked that managers take responsibility for their subordinates actions at all times. If one acts out of line, the manager may be asked to fire that individual. Managers, like employees, may not have personal slaves/submissives/pets on staff. Relationships between manager and someone directly under them is also not permitted, though they may have relationships with people in other fields (IE the Bartender manager may have a relationship with a stripper, but not a bartender).

Owners
Korinra and Jessica Aiire, they're the owners. Neither outrank the other, though as of now Jessica Aiire has also taken management position as the Pit/Pen Manager. Jessica Aiire will usually leave Owner decisions to Korinra though, but has full authority to make the call should he not be present.
