Claudia was sitting the the common room the scent of turpentine clinging to her as always. She looked up her sketch pad in her lap as the new girl waled through. Who is that I wonder? Shrugging she went back to the work in front of her. She tucked a strand of long black hair behind her ear. She had finally ignored her mother and had one of the other senior girls help her bleach the ends and dye them scarlet "Its not a proper color for one of our stature" her mother often commented, when ever she would wear a new top or use it in one of her many paintings. Her mother was the ambassador for She the "Vampire Fae Human relations". She grew up surrounded by maids and fancy parties when all she ever wanted to do was create. Being one of the "pretty people" the "glittering throng" as today's society had called it irritated her to no end. Her mother Fae and her father Vampire made her a pretty strange creature. It had been said that Fae could only breed with humans and other of fairy until her Mother conceived Claudia. She looked up her eyes catching sight of the clock. Two shades of crimson and a ring of gold swirled in her iris. She had her mother and grandfathers hands of power. She could call blood and fire. Which seems to be what drew her father to her mother in the first place. She knew that if she didn't get moving soon she would be late for class....again....but she was almost finished. Her khol pencil moved with lightning speed as she looked back down at the large sheet of parchment.

Mara walked in to her new school not caring of what people thought about how she looked with her messy red hair and her clothes. She never took any guff from people back home and she wasn't about to take any at this new school. As she walked by people she didn't say anything to anyone of they wanted to know her they could come to her was her way of thinking. Many would say she was a type of girl who wanted things her way and didn't care about what others wanted but that wasn't it. She was a nice girl who just wanted to be accepted for her self and not what she looked like how she talked or what she did. She wondered if coming to this school for a while would be any different from her schooling back home.
Another new girl also came into the school. She was a cheerful one. She had long burnt pink hair that was pigtailed at the left and right side of her head, she had bright sapphire blue eyes, and she extremely adored nekos. Pretty obvious with her neko necklace and neko pin attached to her school shoulder bag. And Lark was her name, but she preferred being called 'Hibari' instead.

Hibari skipped on the glittering stone-tiled ground of the campus, not minding the people that were weirded out by the way she moved. She knew well that her actions were weird and it did make people avoid her, but she just wanted to be herself. When she entered her new school, she was hoping to meet people that could actually accept her weirdness...
As she walked Mara noticed all the different types of people went to the school. She noticed how different their clothes were compared to hers. She found some of them fascinating others not so much. She saw people were really interested with people that had cat ears and tales she didn't really understand it. Other she saw where fascinated with just dark bothers and they looked kind of frightening. She never stopped to talk to any of them though. She continued to walk till she got to the office to get her classes and other things.
When Mara was about to enter the office, hopping Hibari suddenly bumped into her by accident. She was too happy-go-lucky, hyper you may say, and fast that she forgot to look at where she was going.

"Oh my." Hibari suddenly snapped and looked at Mara after the bump. "I-I'm so sorry! Are you hurt?" Then, she moved a few strands of hair away from Mara's face to look at her.
