(As of right now I kind of what the characters to be outside of the camps. Just so everyone gets a tight grasp on just how bad things really are and stuff like this.)

In the beginning everyone was more afraid for their children's lives more than anything. There are still adults that are genuinely concerned for them, his parents happened to be a few, but that did not mean any thing to the people afraid of the children. Like a never ending game of tug-a-war with the IAAN infected children as the clothe in the middle, there were the people who hate and fear them, and then the few that truly want to keep the children safe.

Charles, or Chubs happened to be a popular nickname given to him from his best friend, Cameron Blackstone. Both of them were aware of their families concern for them, only thing was Chubs didn't know where Cam was. He has no idea. All that he knew is that they were taken at different times and sent to different camps and until he found him he wasn't going home. If there was a safe home to even return to. Glancing down at his cheap excuse for a phone to see the time,5:39 PM. It was still early in the evening, but he had no desire to stay where he was for much longer, and got into his car. It wasn't anything too grand, just something that kept him going and fortunately hidden from PSF's due to the heavily tinted windows.

Once the car roared to life Chubs felt dread and irritation into his mind upon seeing how low the gas was, he could only go so many miles before what little gasoline left in the tank would be gone. About ten miles in fact. For anyone living outside of the newer cities had to search for gas since most convent store gas pumps were generally empty of any gas. However there were a few gas pumps that people often over looked, there were also other vehicles that were broken down or the owners were off doing something else. It was risky by the high chance of getting caught by the owners, not to mention siphoning gas was another thing to worry about. Chubs shook his head in annoyance, thinking of the many times that he had spilled gas every where or got a mouth fill of gas. That was an awful taste, unfortunately one he would never forget. Thankfully he had gotten better at that in the few months he had free.

Despite being aware of the risk of driving on such little gas, Chubs drove out of the parking lot. Hoping to find a corner store or a vehicle to be around. In the rear-view mirror he could see dark gray clouds, rumbling and fat with freezing rain, he had to keep that in mind that finding a warm place to sleep tonight didn't sound like a bad idea. Although he had feeling that he was going to be spending another night crashed out on the back sit.

He drove for about ten minutes when he saw a gas station, with any luck there would be fuel in those pumps. As he drove into the parking lot he spotted at least one pump with the nuzzle safely tucked away. It either meant that someone missed it, or there were still people kind enough to put the nuzzle up. Apparently the gods were smiling on Chubs, the pump was half way full and he could see food neatly sitting on the shelves inside the corner store. Granted he was getting tired of junk foods, but it was better than nothing. Once he filled his tank up he stepped into the store, looking around for what he would prefer. He did keep in mind that the glass doors in front of the doors had been broken in and now that he was inside he could see bags and some junk food strewn about the front of the store. It wasn't like how it use to be, there were people starving everywhere in America. Especially children, and some kids would most likely kill for food. He had to be careful.

(This was most likely the crappist post ever..I fell like I rambled.)

Abe had broke into the convenience store to grab supplies. He didn't necessarily need the food, but he wanted to build a stockpile for when he did need it. After awhile, he heard a car pull up to the pumps, causing him to pause. Putting his backpack on his back, he climbed up on the shelves and slipped up inside the ceiling to hide. He peeked out to see if someone came in, ready to jump down and either run or fight. When he saw that it was only another kid, he dropped down behind him. "Hey, who are you?" he demanded, pulling out a police baton and flicking it hard to extend it. "And what are you doing here?"
