The Veramina Islands are an expansive chain of Islands that reach from the capitol city, Verth, far East, towards Jag - The waters are both prosperous for fisherman and merchants alike, yet treacherous, as many pirates roam the seas, predominantly in the north-Eastern region.
The two main settlements are Verth, (Capitol city of the ruling kingdom), and Jag (A large, black market island, home to criminals and seamen)

City life in Verth
'Verth' is both the name of the Island, and the main City on the Island. The island itself is not very large, in all truth - The main city covers a radius of five Miles, and is visible from every portion of the island. There is a small population outside the city, fishermen, less wealthy sailors, and travelling merchants can be found here. The outer hamlets are not as extravagant as the homes within the city walls, yet they are peaceful, and humble. Less than half the population lives outside the walls, in the seaside hamlets, and on the ports.
Within the city, is just as peaceful, but not as calm. Due to high population density, they have chosen to build up, instead of out. A great many of the locals live within small communal villas, two to four stories tall. The space they live in is usually enough to fit three people comfortably, thus the average child per couple is only one.
Ever moving, ever changing, always taking in new imports, and exporting expensive wines, and more salt than any other city, life in Verth is fast paced, and easy for anyone willing to put in a little effort.
There are not many who would be considered poor, on the island. Most of the residents are land owning, with the exception of some of the sailors who simply live aboard the lesser known merchant class ships. There is a high density of upper class, that live near, or in the citadel.

one of the most and least fun places to live on the face of Theriven. It is technically, within the reaches of Accessa's kingdom, yet they are largely unaware of each other's existence. The Island (And those surrounding, all within swimming distance) is roughly the size of a large city one would find on the mainland. It consists of several taverns and inns, and one giant black market, where stolen goods from raided ships were taken to be sold. Of course, the only people they had much connection with were the people in Oron, on the mainland - Same in an Anarchy driven attitude, different in that they were actually watched by their kingdom.
Though free to do as they wish, and trade among one another their stolen and pilfered goods, the land is also completely devoid of law enforcement. Most disputes are settled with crossed swords, fire, and black powder pistols - Whoever wins, is right.
At the peak of Jag, is the home of Pallus Skans, one of the most notorious pirates in Theriven. He is the unspoken leader of Jag, the only one who's word is law.
