Lochmoor is a barren land, home to only militiamen and raiders, as well as folk who are fleeing the law of civilized land. The capitol, Ostwald, is home to a large milita of armed men, who are on a campaign to 'liberate' more of Theriven from the rule of King Thaelith, under the command of Lord Narsall, a man who wants onlt power and rule.

Lochmoor has no economy, or recorded status.

Ostwald was impressive, before it became his to rule - Actually, it was impressive before he was even born. Ostwald's original name is unknown, however it was once the capitol city of the Dwarves, after their banishment into the southern lands. Grand, stone walls with reinforced steel interior plating, marked the turn around of their technology. A few rare elements were also to be found here, one that has no name to mankind, yet is quite valuable due to its durability, and its rarity.

When Ostwald was first discovered by men, they found what appeared to be giant, light green men - With large, empty canisters on their backs, and bizarre appendages that appeared to be weaponized. Despite centuries of sitting out, the metal bore no rust. And despite months of trying, the men who made the discovery could never find out exactly, what it was - They only discovered that the inside was hollow, and bore a strange etching on the interior, an emblem used for soul binding rituals.
Though these men were just adventurers and sellswords, and knew little about such things.

Ostwald was rebuilt from its ruins with timber, giving the whole city a strange, offbeat, patchy look. Its wall is strong, except for the points where they replaced fallen stone, with wood. Overall the work is shoddy - The city is now used primarily as a military training ground, and the underground passages beneath have been transformed into a prison. This prison is usually home to people captured in their war efforts, these days, where they are either sent to toil in work camps, or forced to fight for them under threat of death.
