@Cybele: I have a life and depression outside of this group and RPR, and Phoenix told me to take my time responding if I needed to. If you bothered to read the RP information on my profile, it's well documented that I usually take this long to respond anyway, with three weeks being the longest before I give a heads up that I may be a minute.

I have every right to take a break with the RL things that go on outside of this phone and this RP. If you have any issues with that, then take it up with me personally rather than announcing your annoyance with waiting for me in the OOC chat. I'm more than happy to discuss my life issues with anyone who cares enough to ask, as long as they aren't rude about it.

Overall, I'm not in the mood for anyone's passive-agressiveness tonight, the next day, or the day afterwards and beyond. My depression is not accommodating itself for you, me, or anyone else. If you can't wait, then that's too bad: I suggest finding another RP to pass the time with until I have a moment to reply to this one. I will respond when I have the proper motivation and time for it. Right now? I only have the motivation to set the record straight on my disappearance and nothing more.

@Phoenix: Thank you so much for your understanding. I will have my response in soon, at least in the next two days or so. I do have something, but along with my depression, Micheal's a bit too fussy in terms of muse at the moment.

I wasn't trying to upset you LightSide-Lucree. I was wanting to make sure you were okay since you had been active and then we heard nothing. I got concerned since I hadn't seen any activity from you and because of your troubles you already mentioned. I have had a lot of people dieing in real life on me over the last few months and wanted to double check that everyone still alive. I'm sorry.

@Cybele: It's all right. I'm sorry myself for taking such a harsh route; like I've mentioned before, my depression hasn't let up enough for me to be as productive in the group as I'd like and it's frustrating me to no end. However, I'm sure that things will clear up by the end of this week hopefully, if not by Friday. I will have a post in soon regardless, but not right at this moment.

My husband's aunt died this afternoon. I'm gonna be away a few days.

I just about forgot!! I started a third IC forum a bit ago. It's based on the Feb 23rd Friday RP prompt.

I was thinking we could make it like a Dai No Daibouken type scenario where our characters pretty much all know each other but have had a group of people going around impersonating our characters and driving their reputations into the ground. The topic is still a heavy work in progress and I'm open to ideas for things to add to it or have happen in it.

Cybele doesn't really have much of a reputation, to begin with.

All members of the group now have the ability to invite anyone they like. If you know someone you think would have interest in the group, please feel free to invite them. Also give me a heads up so I can approve them. Usually I interview new applicants before accepting them, but if any of you do invite someone, please let me know and I'll skip the interview. As far as I've seen everyone currently in the group is a great RPer, so if you trust the person you're inviting, then I have no reason not to trust them either.

@Phoenix: Awesome news! I'm glad to hear that I can invite anyone who may be interested in joining you guys.

...But it's with a heavy heart that I have to make the following announcement. My sincerest apologies to everyone beforehand for what I'm about to confess to you all.

I... I can't continue the RP anymore. I really don't have it in me to keep going as Michael other than send out one final IC post.

I love this RP and all, but life's a little too hectic for me right now. I'm also tired of holding everyone up each time life arrives to spoil the fun and/or I lose my muse for Michael. Phoenix and I have discussed the situation, and we've decided that it's better for me to just reply with Michael's exit post and take my semi-permanent leave of the IC chat forum.

I won't be leaving the group itself; I'll still be around to help Sevio if he needs it, but... I'm only holding up the line here. It's best for you guys to continue without me until I'm ready to give it my true all on a regular basis instead of a monthly one or longer.

That is truely a shame but I understand your desire to step away for some time. I hope that you feel well soon and can rejoin the group in good time.

As of Monday, April 9th 2018 we will lay my great grandma to rest. She passed on Thursday afternoon. I can't be there for my family. This is the fourth death in the family this year since February if you count my mom's beagle succumbing to complications from cancer. Grandma Betty would have been 93 in May. This year sucks.

Hey there, everyone. This is secondary moderator and Michael's creator, Lucree. I have some important news to tell everyone concerning our leader Phoenix and his character(s).

I've received notice from him that his account is being deleted for breaking RPR's Terms and Conditions. Thus he won't be coming back here, since this means that he's been effectively banned from the site.

Since I cannot lead a group as of yet, and he's the only other one who knew where the overall vision and direction of this RP was going, I have no choice but to announce this group closed as of his deletion date, which is tomorrow afternoon. Unless someone else is willing to take the reins from him and run this DQ9 RP, then that's the only way we can handle this situation.

If anyone knew him and knows how to reach him, it's best to do so in those channels now. Otherwise, if there's no takers for the group, it's with a heavy heart that I deem this group and the RP done in Phoenix's stead.

It's been a great run, everyone. But it's time to part ways from here... Farewell.

So you're willing to take the reins, then? All I can do is help mod, but even then I have to admit that I need to leave the group. I have too much on my plate to keep an eye on the place, even though I love it.

But if so, then I'd be more than happy to relay the message to Phoenix that you're willing to take the group.
