Erinn would close her eyes and bow her head as she remembers when she first met Sevio. After several seconds she'd look to Michael again, "Oh, more than. Sevio is one of my best friends in the world, and he's super strong. He's asleep right now though, so I'm glad his reputation was enough to spook Davey into backing off. He's just got back from a quest, you see. He was escorting a group of new students to the famed Swinedimples Academy, on the other side of the world. The snowfaring monsters in that region just love to pick on human children, so Sevio was acting as an escort." Erinn says in a calm tone.

Patty would nod to Ileana as she thanks her for keeping the peace, "You're welcome, Sugar. And yeah, Sevio's one of our aces, so calling him a beast is kinda accurate. I've only seen him in action twice, but he's dominated both times I've seen him fight. And he took good care of Erinn during the last Inncredible Inntertainer trials, so no telling how many baddies she's seen him take down. Anyway, Honey, you just eat and drink to your hearts content and get that paper back to me when you get done filling it out. And sweetie, you don't have to sleep outside. We've got plenty of rooms with nice soft beds and warm blankets, so feel free to make yourself at home. It's still Davey's treat after all." she says teasingly.

After another blown kiss to Ileana, Patty would step over to Cybele's table, "Hey Suger. How's it coming?" she asks curiously, seeing that Cybele was getting closer to being done.

"Hmm, then I would fancy a chance at meeting this 'strong man,' but..." He paused, pursing his lip in an oddly tender sort of way as he thought of how best to phrase his next sentence. "Is he already part of a team? It would mean nothing if he was already spoken for with other guildmates..." In the eyes of anyone else, it would seem like he was just looking for a party of strong members to join (which explained why he was asking so many questions). In his eyes, he was asking because he was looking for the best to join his party. Selfish, yes, but he had his own reasons for taking the reins: it was the only way the elf ranger had ever known.

While waiting for Erinn's reply, he took a stray sip at his meal, enjoying the warmth settling into his body. It did seem darker, now that his mind was starting to think on what time it was. Was it really nightfall already? Then again, he took so long in browsing the shops, he may well have lost track of time anyway.
Ileana's smile fades slowly as again she's reminded she would be allowed to sleep indoors if she wanted. Her little Blip would ooze onto the table near the application to look over it half filled out. Ileana shakes her head slowly but stubbornly and she'd put down the quill getting to her feet.

"For the last time... I prefer to sleep outside. I appreciate the offer for a room but I wish to politely decline. I am already tired of fighting people over this and don't want to continue repeating myself, and I'm asking nicely that you stop pushing me to take a room."

As she speaks Ileana would pick up Blip and hug him against her. She'd blush as she looks at Patty and is blown a flirtatious kiss and walked away from. Feeling she had finally made her point, the woman would shrug and sit back down, scooting the paper and quill aside and sitting Blip on the table again while she takes to eating her food. She'd leave the Rum untouched though, having not asked for it and didnt even want it. The gesture of it was nice, but ultimately a waste.
A nod as the woman looks over her application now that it has been completed. She would nod and look up in time to see that Patty has returned to pick up the application. A nod as she's questioned about how the application is going.

"It is finished."

Thus it is that Cybele would offer the application to Patty.
Erinn would shake her head slowly, "All the adventurers in Patty's roster are able to think and act for themselves, but will gladly lend a hand to anyone else if their presence is needed. And while Sevio is a heck of a leader in his own right, sometimes he does lend a helping hand to others that want a crack at being the party leader. So no worries there." Erinn says comfortingly. She'd start to walk away when Ileana stood up, appearing upset.

Erinn would freeze and cup her hands over her mouth as Ileana speaks her peace, this bizarre woman being the first in a long time to turn down a room at The Questers Rest, and truthfully that fact caught Erinn completely off guard.

Patty would smile to Cybele and accept the paper from her, "Thank you, Sweetie. If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know." she says before turning to see Ileana standing up, raising her hands in front of her chest with her palms facing Ileana to defend herself, "Whoa, ok, ok, Sugar... Calm down, I'll stop asking... I totally understand. If you don't want to stick around, no one here is going to force you." Patty says briefly, trying to calm Ileana down a little.

Patty would sigh in relief as Ileana sits back down and goes to take Cybele's application to her counter, having one more finished application to add to the wings. She'd not approach Ileana again until she looked like she needed something, believing she'd upset the woman enough for one night.

Once her book was situated, Patty would lean onto the counter again and cast a calm, flirtatious smile towards Michael, recognizing him as the man that Erinn was serving earlier, figuring him for an experienced Ranger, but knowing full well that he was not in her roster. She'd wait for Michael to notice her and would smile to him again and becon him over with a slow motion of her finger.
Micheal took Erinn's words into consideration, nodding in a slow and thoughtful motion as he responded, "Well, then. I'll be sure to take your word for it, pretty young miss..." Then that gasp. What could have caused such a fine young woman to seem so shocked?

And that's when he caught the faint words of the irritated Ileana. He didn't know what could've made the woman so upset. Was it another rogue? Or something less dire? Regardless, not one, but two females seemed to be somewhat upset, and Micheal would not have that on his watch. If nothing else, he could at least try and settle the air.

"Dear young one," he beckoned to the green-haired female as she sat back down, "If something is troubling you still, would you like to talk with me about it? Maybe, I, Micheal Gaineswind, can aid you in whatever way I am able."

If she spurned Micheal's offer, he would have no choice but to move on; if she was fine or didn't want to talk, who was he to press the matter? If she accepted, he would make a gracious and welcoming motion for her to sit by his side at his table and talk, or even offer to rise himself and join her. Regardless of if he was sitting with someone or not, Patty would grab his attention with that flirty demeanor of hers, and he would excuse himself from the table as she beckoned him closer. He did have plans to check out this planning service of hers after he ate, but now it was the forefront of his mind.

"Gracious lady," he greeted, giving a short bow before locking eyes with her, "You asked for my presence?" Now that he was paying better attention to her, she was just as cute as the tavern girl serving him earlier. Why didn't he notice such a sultry thing before when he came in? The world, as well as Micheal, may never know that reason.
Seeing that she's being viewed as a horrible customer for refusing a room she never asked for the smile almost is faded completely now as she looks into the vegetable stew she was served. She doesn't feel like she made her point at all with the actions of the one in the scarf and the avoidance she's getting from Patty. She'd pick put Blip back in her bag, pick up the bowl of food and the rum and the application and quill to carry them all to the counter. Disheartened at the events since she got here, she barely registers that someone has spoken to her when Michael says something to her about being troubled but it seems that before she can even respond the inn worker is calling his attention away from what he'd asked the one people were calling a priestess. She leaves the rum and the application on the counter she'd first come to before making her way to the door with her bowl of food. For her the sunshine has been covered with a storm cloud threatening to drown her in rain. Her goal is to go outside and sit there to eat where she can take her shoes off and not have the uncomfortable feeling of being surrounded in death with all the lumber of the inn. She is not shouting. She's not screaming. She's not storming. She's not slamming, banging, kicking or drawing any attention towards her. She's got her head down and her eyes on the ground. She was on an adventure and already she's run into trouble. Outside. Outside is where the sun and moon are and the plants. She can get along with a plant. Once outside, unless she's stopped, the woman would sit down away from the door and rest the bowl on her knees once her legs were drawn to her chest. Little Blip slipping from the bag to sit on her feet, would just chill with her.
Sits quietly and when it would seem to her that Patty was overreacting to the green haired woman's remarks simply raises a brow. Watching. Observing. The flirt called to the green haired girl and then walked away from her to talk to the one who offered food and rum to everyone. The brow lowers. Her shoulers shrug as though adjusting a weight on them. She'd sit and watch the green haired woman rise from her seat with her things, deposit those she doesn't appear to want and goes outside with the inn's bowl. The A gloved hand moves to rub at the side of that dirty face, leaving a partially clean spot where it had touched; most likely just scratching an itch. She's not being talked to. She has no need to ask these people for food or a place to rest at this point. She has sat. She has thus rested. Is she supposed to sit around and just wait? How long does this take?
Erinn would watch Ileana as she brings the rum and application to her counter, starting to ask her if everything was OK, but being walked away from before she could. She'd glance to Patty, whom by now was talking to Michael, so Erinn was left to worry about Ileana's well being, whether her doing so was appreciated or not. She'd take the application and look it over, sighing calmly as she gathered the quill and ink well also and moved them to Patty's corner so she could take care of them.

Patty would instinctively reach and take the application as Erinn passed it to her, giving it a glance and setting it beside her party book for the moment while she saw to Michael, "Well hello there, Sugar. Glad to finally meet you. Been hearing rumors that you've been asking about getting a party together. Got a tough monster you're planning to take down but can't muster the strength all alone? Hehe, well look no further, Honey. Welcome to Patty's party planning corner. This is the place to be to hook up with new faces and tackle tougher jobs. What do you say, Sweetie? Up for filling out one of my applications and see who we got waiting in the wings?" she asks as she brings out a sheet of paper and collects the quill and ink well Erinn slid over to her, offering the items to Michael along with her hand in a flirtatious gesture.
It was really a shame that Michael couldn't aid the green haired girl as he took one final glance at her walking out with her meal to eat alone, but Patty stroking Micheal's ego with her words soon saw the matter in his mind forgotten for the while. That was one way to gain all of his attention: note that he has been noticed. Or in this case, note that his efforts have been noticed. Didn't hurt that the one noticing him was quite the looker.

"I see my reputation has started to precede me," Michael boasted with a calm tenor, "But yes, I am indeed looking for a party to aid me in my ventures!" Hearing the rest of her selling line had the elf muse over her offer carefully... Then shrug, taking the paper and writing materials with a quick, dainty touch. "Sure, why not? I'm sure someone would love to read about my feats. Enamor them enough to join my team, yes..." The more he talked, the more he seemed to come off as ridiculous to anyone who heard his preening talk. Or maybe not. "But thank you for your gracious offer. I'll take my seat and look this over, hmm?" If he was allowed to do so, he would take the application back to his table. If he had to stay and fill it out at the counter, he would be a bit miffed that he had to stand more, but it wouldn't show on his angular features as he obliged her request.

Either way, his short attention span would kick in again as a bit of movement caught his eye. Turning slightly while writing a bit of information on another like, the movement was simply Cybele scratching at her face... And leaving a mark. From here, it only seemed that she had left a slight mess on her face, and not revealing clean skin. So he pointed it out.

"Dear child, there's a mark on your face..." With a slender fingers, he tapped the side of his own cheek as an attempt to point out the "stain." Was his attention to her face uncalled for? Maybe. Did he care, even if his aid was turned down? No. It was something he noticed, nothing more. It was up to her to turn him down or take note of his odd advice.
Ileana sits with Blip outside. She's picking at the food and offering bits to the slime on her feet. Those eyes are looking for a path out of town for now so she can continue looking for adventure once her food is done. Just straight chillin yo.
Shifting in that seat the woman adjusts her back against the chair and settles in for some people watching. Gloved hands, fold together and rest in that lap. Feet, cross at the ankle of those, what are those? Boots? Layers of skins, rags, and bark all tied about with vines and rope. Comfortable? Yeah, she's as comfortable as she's going to get for now.

To begin, she watches Patty and the counter. The green haired one's application is passed between the two inn workers, but not put in the book. Interesting. Cybele ponders if the woman intends to just throw the application in the trash. Little Green has made her way outside and to Cybele's ears can be heard to be quietly sitting outside of this inn. Oh, that woman at the counter is over there, flirting like a needy prostitute to her pimp, trying to get the peacock to fill out an application as well. Cybele might have thought since he had been asking for a group the woman would have offered the book to the man to look through but what does she know about assembling a group. She doesn't. Cybele usually solos things. She only filled out the application for work.

It would seem the transaction between Peacock and *ahem, clears throat* was at an end when Peacock shakes hands with *ahem, clears throat*. Peacock moves, making his way towards the table he'd been sitting at when he started to talk to Little Green but decided his attention was best diverted towards the woman with the gravity-defying clothing. She'd have scratched that face as mentioned and now, now she's being spoken too. By Peacock. No, what was his name? Doesn't matter. She won't remember it long. Did, did he just call her a child? That almost made her chuckle. It would cause her to raise a brow in amusement as he'd mime the location of the smudge-that-was-not-a-smudge. Those hands would unfold and rise up, tilting and turning as she examined them to see if she had anything on them. She finds nothing. So her fingers move to her veil of scarves, ensuring they are up where they should be.
Patty giggles and nods to Michaels request, "Of course, Sugar. You take as much time as you need and get that filled out for me. Pretty sure that ace of ours you've been hearing about will be ready to set out come morning, so you can ask for him to join you if you want. And check it out, we've got a new Priestess signed up. We just might have to take a rain check on calling her up though, considering she prefers to stay outdoors. Another of our new arivals is Cybele over there. Fine specimen, that one. Looks like a real veteran if you ask me. And geared up like a Stone Golem with Treevil armor. Even I can only guess what skills they use in a scrap, but you want my opinion, Honey? It's mystery types like them that are usually tough as a Platinum King Jewel. And just as rare too." Patty says braggingly, probably giving Cybele way more credit than she deserved.

That all said though, Patty just described 3 potential party members to Michael. If he couldn't feel the hype and smell the treasure by now, Patty wasn't sure what else to say. "Oh, and one more thing, Sweetie. If you wanna get a party together, you also need to take a look at the job request board in the town square. The jobs get posted by our own King Schott himself." Patty adds in before giving Michael a wink and letting him return to his seat and his meal.
Hearing all of this talk about the three other warriors had Michael more and more fascinated with what else this woman was offering in the ranks. "Is that so, my dear? Color me curious.... I'm surprised you haven't gained a larger name for yourself with all of this talent." Despite the strange wording, he really did mean that as a compliment: earning the trust of warriors to help guide them in party setup was no laughing matter. Taking her advice on seeking out fresh jobs in mind, the blond haired ranger flashed the pretty maid a toothy grin, raising the paper in emphasis as he reassures her that the deed will be done. "Understood and duly noted. You have my word, fair lady, that this will be returned to you post-haste!"

With that, and the small note that the woman he had tried to help at least made an attempt to wipe her face again, Michael returned to his seat, and with a preening flourish, he sat down and began to feast on his meal while looking through the application. His hands busied himself with the stew he was served, alternating with putting down his utensils and filling out the form with excruciating detail in some areas... and more curt and short sentences in a few fields of note, especially in his family history. Seems like the elf didn't want the tavern to know everything about him.

As he finished his meal and took to drinking his milk, he gave the paper a good once over for anything he was missing, making sure that the constant transitioning from eating to writing didn't dirty up the paper too much. It hadn't, so he was satisfied with that at least. Standing back up, he returned the paper to Patty as he promised, a flirty wink batted towards her in a form of mimicry.... Though his intentions may be more immodest, or benign. No one really knew unless they asked. "There we are. Couldn't write my whole life story, but I do believe that is sufficient enough for anyone to peruse and find some use for." Or at least, he hoped so.
Finishing her bowl but not feeling like returning it to the inn just yet, the priestess would pick up Blip and put him in the bowl. Carrying the bowl infront of her, her shoes already returned to her bag, the woman would make her way to the job postings that she had been told about inside the inn. What does she find there?
Those gloved fingers would skillfully adjust the scarves around her face, pulling them slightly higher towards her eyes before moving to adjust those thick locks as they snake down her back and over the chair. Well before she adjusts some would be pinned betwixt that back and the chair. A shift of weight, a lean, a twitch of those fingers as they fiddled with scarves and hair and then she's comfortable. An almost inaudible bored noise is heard from her as she'd look over her gloves once more. The peacock had flourished it's pen and preened before *ahem, clears throat* as had been expected by all his previous exhibited behavior and thus become boring to her.
Patty would wait and tend to her own business until Michael returned, putting Ileana's application in her book in the meantime. When Michael returned with his application, Patty would accept it from him with a soft smile, "Thanks, Honey. You're all set to pick people to join your party. Feel free to come to me anytime you want to hook up with some new faces. Even if that might be rare, don't be a stranger, m'kay?" She says flirtatiously.

Out at the request board, Ileana would see papers and fliers for jobs that had been posted from all over the world.

In the Djust Dessert, there was a girl from the kingdom of Gleeba requesting a special type of berry that is carried only by Parched Peckerals, as well as a crudely written request asking someone to remove a layer of Gold Plating from a monster known as a Gold Plated Golem.

Nearby in Angel Falls, just to the West of Stornway, there was a small girl asking for a ball of Tangleweb, as well as an archaeologist asking for someone to escort him into the depths of the Hexagon to see some legendary inscriptions written when the place was first built.

On an island just east of Stornway Coast, there was a pair of quests asking for someone to retrieve a keepsake necklace that once belonged to a girl they both had a crush on, but had long since passed away.

As well as several scattered escort requests asking to see monsters beaten in certain ways, accessories of different monsters, combat training for fledgeling adventurers, and even people asking to meet certain monsters that only live in isolated areas that are too dangerous for some to go to alone.

And many more that were covered by yet more fliers on the board.
"Really now?" Michael responded with a playful tease of his voice, "If that all it took to get signed up for party mates, I would've made myself known to you sooner, fair miss. But..." He paused, as a question did indeed play on the tip of his tongue, and then it made itself known with a snap of his fingers. "How exactly does your process work, Miss... Patty, right?" With all this flirting, he had almost forgotten her name. Even if she had introduced herself enough for Micheal to have overheard her once by now, the name finally stuck as soon as he said it for himself. "Since I'm all signed up now, what must I do to gain new members for my team, hmm?"
Ileana would hold Blip in the bowl as she looked at these posed requests. Oh the one about a berry sounded interesting. She'd stand on her tip toes to read the post about the berry and tilt her head.

"Is this some joke? That berry is carried by a cooked fish? Do I take down the posting to ask for help on it?"

She asks these questions of Blip who just blurbbles and plorps before sloshing in the bowl.
Having grown bored of watching Peacock and *ahem, clears throat* the woman in her seat would turn her attention to the other visible patrons of the inn. A fine specimen? Has the woman looked at Cybele? What can you tell about her that is fine? Why was she bragging as though she knew Cybele. This would have disturbed Cybele had she been paying attention to them at the time the words were spoken but that's all fine and dandy. The woman would adjust again in her seat, boredly switching the layering of her ankles. Who else is in the inn at this late hour?

Several minutes more of just sitting there, then a bored bah and the woman would get to her feet. Those gloved hands digging in the folds of her clothing before pulling forth some coins and approaching Erin's counter. There the monetary portion of the transaction would show her request had backing to it.

"A room, please?"
