Setting

  • To explain how this section of the page works is that whatever is labeled public is known to everyone. Those marked classified are marked to those who are associated to that section and its information. There are places where more information is located at other sections. That is fine, just follow where that section is. I do not care if you look through all but these are just information on what your characters know. Roleplayers may freely look through all the information to get a grasp of the world. If you have questions, ask the GM for clarifications or something. The ones that are not labeled is at your discretion.
    Setting(Public)
    It is the year of 2100 and the place of roleplay will be taking place in the city named Carsa. The outside world revolves around the city could be compared to the present day as close to identical, with the exception of increase in science field in terms of technology, medicine, and magic. The magic industry started just a decade ago, and it is still a growing industry. Life revolving around Carsa seems...the usual. The pop culture and styles still is the same in present day. But by I mean usual I mean supernatural attacks. Fights that sometimes break out in the middle of the streets. Some parts of the cities are riddle with mafias and gangs. Grudges between good and evil is seen. However, to the citizens its just a normal day. Many stayed because how advance the technology is in the city. Self-driving cars, free Wi-Fi everywhere, booming magic industries, and the amount of charity organizations there are. But there are more to the city then there is....Within the city houses two major corporation's headquarters that span across the country, NXC and CIC.
    Technology:Setting would take similar to modern day but with technology of the future. Mechsuits of 1-2 floor tall are a thing. Body armor suits and exo-skeletons have been in production. Self-driving cars. Free internet connection everywhere around the world. Pollution has dropped due to the usage of liquid magic and other green energy source. Things have become virtualize such as menus in cafes to billboards. Just use your imagination. AIs and robots are coming about at developed areas. They are somewhat expensive and only be bought by middle class and above. They are not human-like but half way there. Weaponry is still dependent on bullets or slug rounds. Energy/laser weapons are in production. However these weapons are still replaced by magic weapons(look Liquid Magic and Modern Computerized Magic Equipment ).

    NXC(Public)
    NeoXionic Corporation(NXC)is the name and NXC in yellow coloring is the abbreviation. NXC is one of the two major corporation headquarters in the city, but this one invest heavily in charity and economical sector for the well being of society, mainly in the magic industries and consumer products. They hold minor connections to the military and some parts of connection to the country's politics. In public, the NXC is known mainly for their charity work and repairs done on the city in the aftermath of a supernatural fight/attack.
    NXC Assets(Classified)
    Club Night: An invitation only club. The club is located at a mansion that is refitted for club use. Everything is paid for from drinks to food to entertainment. However, the cost is 0.01% of your income.
    LuxApartments: A high standard apartments.
    Luxury LuxApartments: A high standard house-like apartments.
    Yumaily Weapons Company: A major weapon manufacturer in the city.

    Gentlemen and Ladies(Mafia):A rather peaceful and on the good side mafia that dominates entertainment districts and expensive mannerly shops. These people are often seen dressed with fedoras, top hats, suits, dresses, etc. They are always seen carrying canes around, even women.


    NXC (Classified)
    There is private side to this corporation. The founder of this corporation is Talon, a wanted man by both heaven, hell, and the CIC. The original goals of the corporation is the shelter the supernaturals from abuse, torture, and other various of things. In addition, the other goal is to annihilate the CIC, the counterpart of the NXC. The headquarter does not lie on the surface, but several miles underground from the city. An underground city called Central.
    Central(Classified)
    Central is a superstructure that houses four floors, each four by four by one third miles large. The walls around the superstructure is at two to three meters thick, with columns in various of positions around the center of the floors. There is an interior inside the walls where maintenance is done by robots. The door to the entrance is four meters thick of reinforced titanium. The path that is connected to the entrance is an elevator that travels diagonally to the surface. The path also connects to a deep mining operation sponsored by Yumaily's Weapons Company.
    The floor which the entrance lies on is the ground floor. This floor is where most people live and work at. Bureaucratic buildings, military bases, housing/apartments/dorms magic industries, and office works are located on this floor.
    The first floor is the entertainment sector housing aquarium, zoo, bars, cafes, restaurants, a strip mall, etc.
    The floor below the ground floor is the farming sector with a fusion reactor located there.
    The lowest floor is the simulation sector, where it is used to test various of environment causes from weathers or studies on other things like a battlefield in World War II and is done by nanotechnology/virtual reality.
    At each mid section, corners, and centers of the floors are elevators that connects throughout all floors. The center's elevator connects to a island resort on the surface.

    Characters Associated with This Section

    Talon: Most people who works with the NXC directly do not know much about Talon other than being the boss of the corporation. Most of the work is diverted to Rosalia. He is known to teleport from place to place ranging brothel to bars and maid cafes. Unkillable from recent activities but that may not be true.
    Alicia Rosalia Yuka: Talon's main assistance that does all his paperwork. She is known to be the most beautiful person among the city, both above and below ground. An appearance of politeness and kindness. But...she has an obsession with a person called "Brother" that always call her from phone. His appearance is unknown.
    Yuzu Kelly: The top scientist, magic engineer, and technician of the NXC. Eidetic memory and her high analysis leads to her being the smartest around here. She is followed by Ryuuya Ruse. Their history is unknown other than they are the ones responsible for the large advancement of magic technology
    Ryuuya Ruse: Scientist Partner of Yuzu Kelly. Similar to Yuzu's smartness. The two have been conducting experiments and weapon testing for the NXC's welfare. They are also the ones responsible for the large advancement of magic technology.
    Laura SilverRose:A designer baby made to kill from Atlas. Age 16. She has a brother named Will SilverRose. Despite her shortness and age, she is the leader of the NXC's private military section. Strict and cold in her training. She does not tolerate sarcasm and jokes. She escaped with the help of Will.
    Will SilverRose:Laura's right hand man, also the second in command. He is the looser version of Laura. The two look alike as if they are twins. Same age. He tolerates some jokes and sarcasm. He is easier on training but encourages men to be on the same level as they are.
    Kierra:For more information look at Heaven's section. Kierra is an angel who is taken sheltered by Talon when her boyfriend Davine got kidnapped. She is secretly working as a DJ at Club Night. Akia and Aneko are dancers that also work for the NXC.
    Davine Lee:The main programmer and hacker of the NXC. He is the one who created IX-260 battle androids for the NXC's military and security. In addition, he is the one who also boosted security across the network. He used to be the owner of Club Night as well as the main DJ. However on his way home from Club Night, he got kidnapped by angels. His situation is unknown.
    Roy Anderson:The main alchemist magic user as well as the owner of the apartment estate. He is the head of the civilian section.
    Carina Olivia:The head of Gentlemen & Ladies mafia. She pushed rules of uniform and courtesy upon her followers, making them have the reputation of such name for the mafia. Prostitution ring is up on her line.....with legal actions of course.

    Other Information
    With the advancement of magic technology and with the help of Davine's programming skills, the two have created state of the art androids that mimics humans on the exact skill. These rare types of androids are flesh from top to bottom except the bones that are made of metal. Two hearts power the android, one organic one and one artificial one. The artificial one is called Phoenix's Heart ,and it is the core of the android. Blood and liquid magic run through the veins of these androids. As a result of the liquid magic, these androids can use magic at their own will. They are theoretically immortal in terms of age. Only three were built. Two of which were stolen. Ryan Whitefield is one of the androids that work for NXC.

    CIC(Public)
    Central Intelligence Corporation(CIC for short). These guys are what you expect to be multi-national business that wants to envelope everything. Its rival are other multi-national, but ultimately the main rival is NXC. They hold big connection to the military and moderate connection to the politicians. Powerful tycoon industries are their backers. Social figures are used to manipulate society, but even then it won't ruin the image of the NXC. They do not have a central headquarters.

    CIC(Classified)
    The main heads of the CIC are made of sinister people. Angels and demons formed together to destroy the founder of NXC. A supernatural organization. The original CEO agreed to assist them to wipe out the rival easily. In addition, CIC is also investing some private manners...that are quite...terrible.     Vesperia:A judge from hell who has a dire hatred against Talon. She is the leader of the CIC's inner circle.
    Leila Voise:She is the renown jailer in Hell. Specialized in anti-magic. She is the second in command of the inner circle. She also double as a teacher at a magic academy.
    Mr. Mark:A gentleman. The brother of Miss Mira Kissa. He is specialized in illusions.
    Mira Kissa:The sister of Mr. Mark. She is a woman that acts like a slut. Sometimes rude, sometimes flirty. She is also specialized in illusions.
    Aeres:The captain of the angels. He has temporarily allied with these demon scums to bring down Talon and his corporation for his wrongdoings against Heaven.
    Amber Rufina:A woman with supernatural abilities in range of super strength and super durability. She is known with her flame red hair and merciless tone.She is specialized in energy.
    Sifel:Aeres right hand man angel. He came to join this little group to seek the return of Kierra by his side.
    Deacon:NXC's main programmer and hacker. On his way home from Club Night, he was kidnapped by Sifel and his men. He was brainwashed by Mr. Mark and Mira, leading him to be the head programmer and hacker of the CIC. He is also known for making androids and the upcoming android army.
    Outter Circle
    Daud Alecto:A masked man who is the father of Elicity Alecto. He chuckles most of the time. Probably crazy. What was heard that he is one of the human experiments in Hell. He was hired for his powers.
    Elicity Alecto:A young beautiful woman who is quiet and obedient to her father. She has poowers that are different from her father. The two are often seen together.
    Aria Anastasia:The leader of the military design babies from Atlas. She took over when Laura and Will broke out of the facility. She was once Laura's friend.
    Aliras "Grace" SilverRose:Will and Laura's other sister. Unknown reasons why or what. She looks like the female version of Will. Quiet and silent.

    Xevern Industries and Science Corporation:The main foundation industry for their science, technology, and army. Yes army. Terrible science facilities created horrible things. It currently facilitates four facilities.
    Animal
    A facility that tests on animals breeding with humans. In addition half animal half human.

    Atlas
    The most terrible facilities from all of them. People in this facility create designer babies that are designed and raised to be soldiers and killers. At an early age, they are taught to kill. Their friends, their partners, their childhood. Best of the best weapons. Weapons....not humans. Atlas also designed combat commando robots in mass quantities that are designed to outperform the expensive designer babies.

    Mahou
    The main magic science facility that worked on the creation of liquid magic, before it blew up into pieces by a failure of an experiment. It is still in reconstruction.

    Omega
    A second facility that is creating designer babies, but this one is design to find the perfect powerful human. It is not going well.

    Royalties(Mafia):The big bad coordinated gang. All guns and brute force in numbers. They have no respect for the rules of the streets and own places like casinos, gun trafficking, and drugs. Intimating stores for protection money. They dress luxurious and wealthy or just small time brands that just look cool.

    Spirits: Spirits can be alone themselves. Whether it's the real life spirits that do nothing but haunt people and talk to people or the fantasy version. Magic is allowed for spirits. There are other kinds of spirits where they make contract with physical people to co-exist with them in exchange for power.
    Puppeteers: Puppeteers. These guys use magic strings/wiring connected to their puppets. Wooden, steel, or flesh are their options. Humanoid puppets that act like humans are an option, but they are expensive and...unethical to make. Humanoid puppets are created from the flesh of living and/or dead, including parts of their organs. Puppets also have their own set of magic and often times these puppeteers rely on their puppets for their spells and skills.
    Artificial magic user: People who uses liquid magic and magic weapons/equipment to become artificial magic users. Read on liquid magic and magic weapons tab.

    Liquid Magic and Modern Computerized Magic Equipment
    A recent discovery made by famous Yuzu Kelly and Ryuuya Ruse is liquid magic. Magic in liquid form and is extremely volatile. A certain amount of unrefined liquid magic can blow up a building easily. It is to refine it by adding some elements of anti-magic. Liquid magic comes multiple types such as ice, water, fire, etc. Much of these are marked by their colors. There is a type that is just neutral or jack of all trades, but there is a trade off. Magic equipment uses liquid magic that are stored in special containers in order to be used. Liquid magic's efficiency works best when it fits its own type. For example, a flamethrower magic weapon works best when a fire type liquid magic is loaded. It uses less amount of liquid magic compared to a neutral liquid magic. At the moment liquid magic is somewhat expensive. They are only sold at refined form.

    On the subject of magic equipment, there are ones that are made. They come in all forms from weapons to general equipment used in everyday life. The power of each weapon is determined by the skill of the programmer. All modern magic equipment is programmed on several sectors such as Spell Invocation Speed, Scale/Strength/Effect/Potency of the Sequenced Invocation, Intended Resolution of Sequenced Invocation, etc.

    Ordo Excelsis
    The order that reigns higher than heaven and hell combined. They are the judge of this world and the next. They are not bound by anything or by any lore. Known by many names from many people but few knew their existants. Those who know their existants are high position people in heaven and hell, mainly in the judgement sector. Ordo Excelsis is a judgement system. Monochrome is the judge of her organization. Her words are her power and what her says goes. Her juries and enforcers are made of many people like angels, demons, and fallen angels. However, she rarely judges people. Maybe 1 out of a trillions unless she intervenes someone's judgement by her interest. Within Ordo Excelsis is a place called Project Afterlife. Monochrome has a tendency to grab people who had lived a terrible life to relive the person's life again, but with her interest of course...
    Project Afterlife
    A place where those who had lived a terrible life has a chance to live again for a second chance. A place where it does not hold their actions with much consequence. A fake world that is operated by a machine to mimic real life again. The machine's name is Project Program Heaven. People who lived here cannot die, become ill, or age. They can become any age they want, do what they want to their fulfillment. Once their regrets are fulfilled, they are to disappear. However, it is possible for people to never achieve this. People like Talon.

    Talon: Talon is just a code name. A nickname for himself. His real name is Dale Everson. He first arrived to the afterlife when it had a population roughly around 200-300 people. At that time, a civil war broke out between the people. He managed to quell the civil war and return peace to the place. Years pass since his arrival and the population slowly dwindle. It was to the point he was the last one. Monochrome congratulated on his efforts and awarded him Project Program Heaven and he is allowed to do anything he wish to fulfill his regrets. Years pass, but he never managed to. In fact, he used the machine to escape from that world, onto the real world. Monochrome let him be, amused by his actions and decisions, but unknown by Talon that she has done...a few things to him.

    Characters Associated with This Section

    Monochrome:The Goddess of Judgement, Peace, and Order. She is the head judge of the entire world. Her powers expand upon other universes, time, and plane. The other dimension and alternate timelines and worlds. She judges a few people every year to centuries. She finds her life to be boring till Talon came along.
    Aeron:A fallen angel bookkeeper. The book itself can tell anything to the reader. Anything the reader wants except the future.
    Lana:Monochrome's bodyguard. An angel who is one of the captain of the angels.
    Azael:The other captain of the angels in her court.

    Hell
    Hell. It is not a burning wasteland....well 50% of the area is a wasteland but not burning. The other half is filled with towns and cities where demons rule the world. Humans exist in this realm but at the mercy of the demons. They lived in towns like livestock and slaves, which can be killed at will for food or for fun. Many things can happen. Experiments and tortures on humans for science or just mere amusement. There is no one that holds true power in hell as many people and demons sought for power. There is something to be worth noting about its few specific histories about hell.

    Heaven and the enemies: Hell has launched a large scale combat against Heaven few years ago. They are still fighting each other over territories and old grudges, but the tension has died down recently for some unknown reason. There has not been any recent combat for a year now.
    Heaven and Hell's Hidden Deal:One of the leaders from both hell and heaven has joined in arms to destroy Talon. Why? Vesperia, one of the judges in hell, was supposedly responsible for sending him to the depths of hell. Before she managed, Monochrome intervened and took him away. This humiliated her badly. In fact, her grudges against men made her sought revenge. She allied with one of the captain of the angels named Aeries. Aeries wanted him dead. Talon is a human who doesn't know his place. He has killed several dozen angels and demons alike. With a human that doesn't know his place and killing his brethren, this has forced Aeries to sought revenge for his comrades. This deal resulted the birth of the Central Intelligence Agency.
    Experiment Error: A large scale experiment that worked on humans that have no magic affinity to wield magic. A disaster follow a year after that and the experiment subjects broken out of the lab. More than 80% of them were captured. The rest either escaped, surrendered, or worked for someone else.
    Vesperia:One of the Hell's judges. She is known to have intense hatred against men. Those men who are sent to her court are sent to. Women are sent to heaven or better places.
    Leila Voise:Jailer of Hell's top maximum security prison, rating 0 escapes over hundred of years. Those who is caught by her are sent to the void prison where their magic and powers are nullified and forever trapped. The only way(not known) is to kill her. However, she always appear as an illusion which makes people question where her real body is. Also the prison's location is unknown.

    Heaven
    Heaven. Imagine Roman empire like structures above the clouds with endless sunlight. Humans is able to live at this place but are treated as slaves. Slaves due to the fact they are lower beings and powerless. Heaven is not what is written in books. They are ultra conservative with few liberals dotted around. What rules heaven is a council made of more than a dozen archangels, angels, and captain of the angels. Still developing.

    Aeries: One of the captain of the angels. Brother of Kierra
    Kierra: Kierra is known to be one of the most innocent and cutest angel in heaven. However, she is known to be an action/thriller seeker, often heading Earth. It has been known that she fell in love with a mortal human. What happened was that the human was punished. For further information, read Deacon's file in CIC page. Her current location is unknown after she went into hiding after the incident of her boyfriend.
    Sifel:Second in Command of Aeries' team. Has shown angered that Kierra has a man, a mere human. He was the one who ruled out the punishment.
