    This section is dedicated to the specific information related to the Spectrum race. Please remember that reading this OOCly does not mean your character knows these aspects unless your character is a Spectrum, Parallax, or has been informed of it. Further more, for the sake of RP, all Spectrum will know that there are Spectrum (NPC's) all over the world. Thank you.

    Type: Celestial Knight

    Size: Humanoid Medium (normally)

    Basic Stats:

    ☼ High- Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom
    ☼ Medium- Stamina. Charisma, Constitution
    ☼ Low- Strength

    Skills: Acrobatics, Fly & Hover (if their abilities allows this), Perception, Increased Healing, Stealth, Speed, Swim, Heightened Senses, Disguise, Knowledge (Arcana & Celestial), Linguistics (many Spectrum can speak many languages), Use Magic Device, Jump. Sense Move, Spellcraft, Search, Heal, able to survive without air

    Traits: Darkvision, Maintain a certain internal temperature (108F), Night/ Starlight Empowerment, and others explained below

    Immune to: Bleed effects, Poison, Nuclear, Plasma, Bright light, Stellar Energy, Fire

    Resistance: Cold (due to their constant internal temperature of 108)

    Racial Weakness: Discluding their natural immunities and resistances (fire, cold, bleed effects, poision, etc.), spectrum's have similar vulnerabilities as humans such as drowning, weapons, slicing, sickness. Gravity - (if the gravity is equal to or greater than their star then their connection could become unstable and they could turn into a Parallax or be forced back to their star)


    Diet: Same diet as humans/ Celestial Energy

    Environment: Vacuum, and Earth

    Goals: To protect the earth (and other planets of sentience) from outside intruders that may harm it and its inhabitants until the inhabitants reach a point of greater knowledge and understanding and no longer need the Spectrum’s protection.

    Aurora- A Spectrum’s skin glows the same color as their star (white, light blue, yellow, red) when a great amount of human emotion (happiness, sadness, fear, etc.) is exerted. This can be slightly dulled with glamour. However, a star’s shine is usually great and not even glamour can hide all of it. Most Spectrum explain the glowing to normal humans as just light hitting their skin in a certain way.

    Celestial Eyes- Ever heard the old saying “eyes reflect the soul”? The same can somewhat be said for Spectrum. Within their eyes, without Glamour, they reflect their own star within them and whatever stars surround them, as if someone were floating in space looking at their star. With glamour, their eyes simply appear “sparkly” and “shimmery”.

    Blood- Their blood is….. Not normal. It can contain a certain amount of radiation. Considering their blood holds radiation in it, it is very possible it could potentially kill anyone (or at least make them sick) if someone drank from them. However, on the slight chance someone -can- actually withstand the radiation, their blood would thus be kind of like an upper, giving the creature a sudden boost in power that could last for hours (depending on the amount drank) followed by a heavy crash. This reaction can be highly addictive.

    Spectrum Symbol- All Spectrum attain the Spectrum symbol somewhere on their bodies upon achieving their human form. When gathering power, this symbol may glow the hues of their star. For the Quasar, their symbol will have a small symbol around (or in) the Spectrum symbol that reflects their Quasar ranking. This ranking -can- change depending on deaths of other Quasar and with the will of the Alpha and Beta of that planet, as well as just by a growth in power. A regular Spectrum can also ascend to a Quasar based on the same. (This needs to be cleared with the other Quasar oocly first.)

    Transform!- (WE ARE MAHOU SHOUJO/SHOUNEN!!! Lul jk) Spectrum, when tapping into their full potential can achieve “battle garments”. This helps keep their human form secret and safe. Only Quasars have more than one transformation. It is also said in the last battle with Parallax, Hyuna achieved a third form.

    Unique Magical Abilities- These abilities are based off of your star. It could be based of the zodiac your star came from, it could be based on the type of star, etc. But these abilities would be based off of your own star.

    Attacks:
    Gamma Burst- A Spectrum can emit a burst of Gamma Radiation. After all, they are stars!
    Cosmic Attacks- A normal Spectrum can choose 3 of these attacks and put them to their RPR page, a Quasar can choose 4 to put on their RPR page. These are basically attacks made with cosmic energy.


    Magick:
    Make a Wish- Spectrum have the ability to grant wishes. They are shooting stars after all!
    1. A Spectrum can only grant one wish per person.
    2. The person has to be pure of heart and mind.
    Stellar Infusion- User can infuse objects (usually a weapon), beings or powers with stellar energy/substances, empowering and energizing them and allowing the user to manipulate their qualities and efficiency and use stellar energy in various ways to attack.
    Stellar Manipulation- All Spectrum posses most of the applications of this ability except star creation, star destruction, strong force manipulation, supernova inducement, gravity manipulation, and weak force manipulation.
    Personal Gravity Manipulation- All Spectrum can basically manipulate their own gravity to a certain small degree. This ability is just mainly used for flying, however, and is weaker than most Gravity Manipulation abilities.


    Weapons:
    All Spectrum- Any weapon they choose but are more likely to use something that they can focus on for their magic.
    Quasar- Typically call use staffs or wands to help focus their magic. (Yes you can have a staff or wand that turns into a weapon).

    Quasar- The Quasar's are basically the progenitors and leaders of their race on a specific world. During the first Declination to a world of sentient life, the Quasar's are usually the first five to achieve Declination. However, due to deaths, deeds of Spectrum, etc. this may change over time. The Quasar are five leaders ranked from Alpha to Epsilon. The Quasar typically have the Greek lettering for their rank under their Spectrum symbol and it typically smaller than a Spectrum symbol. They are ultimately the main protectors of the planet and make most decisions (based on voting) of the race.

    Declination (The Fall)- The members of the Spectrum fall to earth in a phenomena known as the Declination. The Spectrum are reflections of their stars and thus the star still exists in the havens, but the Spectrum can draw their power from their star. Upon Declination, the Spectrum assumes a Celestial form for 2 seconds, in which it gathers nearby (1 mile) information. The Spectrum then assumes a human form based on the surrounding areas. There will be debris from their Declination (star dust. Nuclear ruminants, etc.). Furthermore, the Quasar’s power may be so grand on that planet that a small pet, taking the form of a local animal species, may form and give guidance to the Quasar. These animals are respected and revered as they give their Quasar guidance.

    Pets- As mentioned earlier, when a Quasar falls, their power may be so grand that some forms a celestial pet that takes the form of a local species in the area. These pets are revered and respected as they give the Quasar’s guidance into the future to better protect the planet they govern. These pets can appear as a normal pet (like a cat) but can drop their own glamour to reveal their celestial form.

    Individual Attacks and Abilities of Quasar's:

    Quasar Transformation (#2)- Quasars have the ability to have two different battle garments. They may help increase certain aspects (magic resist, movement speed, damage, etc,) or may just be a better form for fighting rather than their normal battle garments. The second form is said to reflect their star and human soul that they have gained.

    Submit- Depending on the ranking of a Quasar, they can force other Spectrum to yield to them. This ability lies somewhere between will control and fear. However, Quasar rarely ever use this ability. If a Quasar does, they are expected to explain why to the rest. Quasar can also cause each other to submit it the order of their rankings. For instance, a Gamma could make a Delta submit. But a Delta cannot make a Gamma submit. If by some feat (discussed oocly among all members) a lower rank is able to make a higher rank submit (yes even a regular Spectrum to, say, an Epsilon) That rank will transfer over to the one imposing the submission.

    Hierarchy Control (Alpha only!)- The Alpha has the ability (with great strain and energy) to change the hierarchy of the Quasar’s. This ability is very very rarely used and is only in effect in case a Quasar does something horrible and needs to be demoted because of this. Furthermore, if a Quasar/ regular Spectrum does something amazing they can also be promoted.



    Group Attacks and Abilities of Quasar's:

    Resonance- Where their wills, hearts, minds, and souls resonate with each other. This state is only attained by holding hands and a mass meditation. In this state that can summon a large celestial Aeon that may even be able to combat the gods. After Resonance all Quasars gain fatigue and pass out for an amount of time determined by their will.

    Blueshift- The ability to pull a star of their choosing from the heavens to become one of their race. This is only attained by the Quasars when 3 of 5 are together (5 foot radius). After this feat has been achieved, their mana levels reach 5%, not enough to gain fatigue but enough where they need to recuperate.

    Red Shift- The ability to pull a star from the host body and toss it back into space. This is only attained by the Quasars when 3 of 5 are together (5 foot radius). After this feat has been achieved, their mana levels reach 5%, not enough to gain fatigue but enough where they need to recuperate.

    Protostar- The ability to create a new dense region of space full of molecular clouds to form a new star. For this feat, all Quasars need to be together, typically holding hands or touching in some way. After Protostar all Quasars gain fatigue and pass out for an amount of time determined by their will.
