"Who was that?" The operator of the transmission questioned.
"It's that angel thing." White Glint answers.
"Roger that. Alright 'angel thing', can you still hear me? We need you to bring that thing out to the south a few clicks away from the mainland. That's where we can finish it off." The operator says.
While they wait for the angel to do his thing, they begin to prep up the Stigro for the ensuing fight.

"Right! Off it goes!" The last bit of the best left the water, and the angel pointed toward the south. All at once, the shining wings carried the serpent southerly with the speed of a bullet. Once it reached its destination, the wings stopped the creature as suddenly as it at started.
"Please hurry!" the angel called. "I can't hold it forever!"
"Please hurry!" the angel called. "I can't hold it forever!"
"Woah! How did he-..." He pauses for a second before clearing his throat. "Excellent work. Fire it up!" The operator calls to the ones prepping up the Stigro. The Stigro's lights are lit up, and the sound of a massive generator rumbles throughout the ocean's waves. The Stigro at first launches some kojima missiles at the serpent, before charging in as a massive laser blade protrudes from its first fin.
The Largest of the snakes which was now suspended in the air was whipping its tendrils in the sky. It opened its maw and a sonic pulse that would push over buildings in terms of strength rang out. The serpent in the ocean seemed to not get back up, presumed dead. However there was the lightning serpent and it focused on the ship that began to fire missiles at the bigger creature. Missiles that when they hit just exploded and didn't seem to cause the beast to stir much if at all. The lightning serpent fired out bolts from its maw towards the Stigro.
Eliya's wings vanished from the great serpent, causing it to fall into the sea, stirring up huge walls of water as it splashed down. The wings returned instantly to the angel's back, and he plummeted to the sea.
His strength was gone. Three monsters in one battle had proven too much. He needed to rest. No! The humans were still fighting! Everyone was still in danger! Please... grant me more strength. Grant me more strength!
The angel's wings began to glow once more, and they soon detatched from his back and formed into a large, forward facing machine, with a pair of large, horizontal cylinders at the front, each one covered with terrifying hooks and spikes. The machine's engine roared to life, and the cylinders whirled faster and faster.
Within a moment, the angel burst through the ocean's surface, his eyes glowing, and the machine brandished ahead of him.
"Alright, you scaled fiends!" Eliya shouted. "Say hello to the Grinder!" He sped off toward the closest of the monsters, the electrical serpent, his Grinder out in front of him, ready to bore through anything in its path.

The Stigro bearing kojima missiles could potentially rot the scales with its kojima radiation. Hence the reason as to why they want to keep it out of civilian reach. The Stigro being AI controlled, it had little choice but to boost its way to the serpent. However in doing so, it ends up destroying allied ships in the process (keep in mind the Stigro is massive in size). The operator calls to the Stigro's managers. "Quick! Shut it off! Or at least turn it away!" They override the Stigro's controls, and force it to boost in the other direction.
The NEXT's are as they were, firing off their weapons at the kaijus. Times are grim as it is; they're running out of ammo fast. As they finished off the remaining flying kaijus, they focus their attention on the lightning serpent. Before they have a chance to attack properly, the angel thing came back, but with a machine? "What the hell is that?!" White Glint calls out as he watches the angel bore into the serpent. "Never mind. Quick Shinkai! Cut its stomach open!"
"Yes sir!" Shinkai uses as much as much of his energy as he can as he boosts to the stomach of the lightning serpent in an attempt to cut it open.

The machine bored through the serpent's skin. Scales and blood flew into the air, but it didn't last long.
Eliya's weapon quieted down, and he once more fell into the sea, sinking rapidly under the weight of his weapon.
"This can't keep happening," he said to himself, once more unaffected from breathing in water. This next statement was made so that everyone would hear him, though:
"I'm out of the fight for now! I have no strength left. I'll be fine. You'll see me again when it's time."

Any Energy based attacks seemed to heal the serpent. The Electric one seemed to grow stronger in fact with each blast of energy. To the point where it had stopped attacking. The other serpent was crashing down back into the city causing damage as it landed. It seemed to be unfazed by all the attacks. Strange that with that much firepower it hadn't been hurt. Maybe it was a Class 4?
(Hint: There's something of a puzzle. You lot figured out the first part.)(Apology: Sorry for the delay. RPR didn't notify me that both of you responded)

Eliya couldn't fight any longer, but he could still see. He looked more carefully at the creature's cells and noticed what was going on.
"Everyone, energy attacks don't work against these creature. They feed on it." The angel brought his hands over his chest and stomach, and light began to emanate from them. "Use the energy to round them up into one spot. I'll need about two minutes, but I should be able to finish them off with a physical attack at that point. Hurry!"

"What happened?" The operator calls out as the angel falls into the depths of the sea. The operator listens and acknowledges the angels instructions. "All LYNXE's, try and draw the serpents to this spot, here I'll mark it on your radar." He places a waypoint inside their huds. "Quick! We're running out of time!"
Behind the metal visage of his NEXT, Kristoff smiles. "Shinkai! White Glint! Follow my lead!" He orders before switching his boosters on override and rams into the electric serpent, with the intention to move it closer to the angel.
"Kris! What are you doing?!" White Glint Calls out.
"Just shut up and follow!" Kristoff responds, before White Glint and Shinkai do the same.

The monsters were moving into position. Eliya was still in the process of healing himself and recovering his strength. He wasn't quite there yet, but the serpents were almost in place. During this time, he formulated his plan in his mind. First the halo, then the wings.
It wouldn't be long now.
It wouldn't be long now.
The third and largest of the serpents finally regained itself. It whipped about its tendrils as he slithered forcefully through the city to help its companion which was being rammed by the Lynxes. It fired bolts but with it being disoriented it wasn't able to target properly.
The third serpent seemed to lack any of the range abilities that its predecessors possessed though its size and strength would make up for it.

There was already so much destruction, but it was all about to end! With Eliya finally back to full strength, he took off his halo and threw it back up though the surface of the water, there it grew and expanded until it was wide enough to encircle both serpents.
Once it did so, the angel laced his fingers together, causing the halo to shrink down until it bound them all together into a giant, wriggling mass.
"And now for the grand finale!" Eliya converted his wings into the Grinder once more and flew up to the monsters, and it wasn't long until his heavenly weapon began boring through one of them.

"Quick! Disengage!" The operator calls through the radio, to which LYNXE's respond with a unified "Yes sir!" Before boosting their way out of the halo's reach.
White Glint smirks. "Guess we don't need Giga Base after all." He jests.
"It would seem so." Shinkai says.
Him and the other LYNXES boost their way out of the massively demolished urban environment. "Don't worry boys, you'll get your pay. The Interior Union will try and pay for the damages done here. Good job everybody."

Eliya drilled through one serpent, and another, until finally he pierced through the electric colossal snakes. He began to tangle with the largest of the serpents who seemed to grow weaker "This fight isn't over yet," he told the pilots. "My weapons are powerful, but so are these creatures. I should be able to restrain them until they bleed out, but these waters are now contaminated. You must keep everyone away from here until it can be purified."
Upon the death of the electric serpent the largest of them turned to vapor and vanished into thin air. A destroyed Sydney was left behind as a warning of the destructive power of these beasts.
Eliya landed on the ruins of the city. So much destruction. He wanted to fix it. He wanted to undo all of the damage, stack all of the stones back on top of each other the way they were supposed to be.
He looked up into the sky, his arms lifting slowly. His feet dangled above the ground.

The operator requests a transmission throughout the city. The transmission was brief; avoid the contaminated areas of the city. A crew was sent to place larger markers in the contaminated areas. The LYNXE's look back at the destruction left in their wake. "Damn..." Kristoff mutters. "We did it..."
"Alright boys. We'll let the angel do his work here. For now, keep an eye on those kaijus." The operator calls out to them.

No. He was denied. He was not allowed to repair the city. He turned toward the sea. There was one thing he was allowed to do, though. There was monster blood polluting the sea, possibly killing whatever coral and wildlife that hadn't already been crushed during the battle. This water would inevitably harm the humans as well. The angel plucked a feather from his wing and walked out on top of the surface of the water.
The sea was already discolored from the monster blood. Eliya dropped his feather into the water, and all at once all of the contamination was gone. The feather floated up from the surface of the water, now dark, deep red rather than the pure white it used to be. The angel held his hand under it, and the feather lit on fire. A moment later that flame erupted, reaching two stories above his hand. The flames cleared, and the feather was gone.

"What's he doing?" The operator questions as the angel walks on the surface of the polluted water.
"Wait..." Kristoff stares as the water becomes clearer as the feather emerges from it. "Woah..."
"Damn... we could really use your help again angel. Doubtless, your abilities will prove beneficial." The operator says. "We didn't quite get your name. Is it Michael or something?"
