Considering the approximately of the institute to the beach, the institute bought a portion of the beach as a private property catered to the students. Beach food stands, entertainment stands, small fairs, and night markets rule throughout the day. Often times the public may enter onto the place at a price.
With the beach came with the dock, itself had boats and other small vehicles catered to the students entertainment. There were also small fishing boats with adult captains if one would want to fish out at the sea.
