Claire giggled a bit as she set down her basket. "This is really kind of you Lydia, especially since you don't really know me."
"And if you're being scolded than obviously you're not doing something right." She giggled.
"Ah no. Don't worry about it. Money is not important to me" Lydia replied. The cashier started to check out the items. Silent place his down, "Well Claire, gaming goes people adrenaline. Especially high paced ones. Keeps one focus" Silent said, "Though I'll need a good night sleep on this one. Tomorrow is packed..."
She rolled her eyes. "Trust me, I understand the adrenaline rush of qualifying or even winning a competitive game against thousands of others, or at least that's how I felt when I watched my favorite competitive games do so." She said with a chuckle as she caught her self. "And exactly so you should get a good night sleep."
Lydia handed a card to the cashier. He sighed, "Fine fine." Rolland gave a chuckle, "You gamers. I can never understand the joy of gaming."
"Then I could look in a million dictionaries in every language and never be able to fully explain it, I could explain it well, but never fully." She said with a small smile.
"Is it that difficult?" Rolland asked curiously, "I played but I don't feel anything similar to what you guys feel."
"It's like asking an artist why he enjoys doing what they do." She said with a shrug.
"Ah...one of those artsy things" Rolland said. The cashier finished checking them out and deducted out of Lydia's account. "Come back again" the cashier said. Lydia took her bag and asked Claire, "You live close?"
She nodded. "Yes, it's not to far."
"Ah I see" Lydia said, "Even though it is close, Issac, why don't you walk her home"
Claire smiled. "If it doesn't interrupt his productive schedule, although it really isn't necessary."
"I doubt it" Rolland chuckle, "Probably other reasons." Silent looked at Rolland before agreeing, "All right President." "Good boy" Lydia smiled, "Well it is nice meeting you Claire. I hope to see you again." She gave a wave before Rolland followed her off.
Claire waved at Lydia before looking back at Isaac. "The presidents rule is final, ehh?" She giggled.
"Yes. Well that is how it works around here" Issac said as he took his bag.
She grabbed her bag as well. "Hmm I'll make sure to keep that in mind, I'm not sure our fearless leader has the same view though."
"It varies school to school, but she's the strongest." Silent said, "So which direction to your place?"
She pointed. "That way."
"Then that way it is" Silent said as he escorted her. He tried to think of a subject to converse with but he didn't have any.
