Angela nodded. "Yea, i'm not exactly used to being part of it." She checked the time on her phone. "I have to go set up for the party." She said paying for her tea. "I'll see you there, yeah?" She asked.
He nodded and smiled. "Sure. I'll be there."
She waved and left.
Ryan walk in with his trench coat and sat down at a table next to the window.
Erik walked over to him. "Hello." He said as he handed him a menu.
He smiled and nodded at him, taking the menu and looking over it.
Neil walked in and took a seat on one of the stools at the counter.
Ryan looked up from his menu at the person who walked in before just ordering a burger and fries.
Neil didn't glance back, he was messing around on his phone.
Erik walked over to behind the bar and looked at Neil. "Good morning." Erik said.
"Morning." He said with a smile checking the time on his phone before putting it away. "Got any specials?" He asked.
"Well, for this morning, we have biscuits and gravy. Homemade pancakes, eggs and bacon. Breakfast burrito that has, potatoes, eggs, bacon, ham and any cheese of your choosing."
Neil nodded. "I'll take one of those burritos with cheddar cheese and a cup of coffee."
"Alright." Erik said as he wrote the burrito order down a paper and set it in the window behind him. The paper disappeared as Erik walked over to the coffee machine.
Erik poured some fresh hot coffee into a mug and handed it to Neil. "Need anything else, don't hesitate to ask."
He nodded and took the coffee. He would drink a bit of it and glance at the time, like he was waiting for something.
Ryan chuckled at the fact he forgot it was morning and not lunch. "I'll take the biscuits and gravy then."
Erik nodded. He looked into the window behind him. "Hey, forget the burger and fries, cook some biscuits and gravy instead."
Ryan, not being really awake, fell asleep at his table. He slumped over as his forehead smacked his table, waking him up.
Neil chuckled. "I think you need some coffee, Mate." He said with a chuckle.
