Ryan chuckled with him, rubbing his forehead. "I think that woke me up good enough."
"Stay up late last night?" Erik asked as he handed Neil his plate, then grabbed another plate and handed it to Ryan.
Neil looked at the time and took a bite of his burrito. "Can I get another burrito, please." He said to Erik.
He smiled. "That good, huh?" He asked. "Coming right up."
"Not for me, although it is pretty good." He said with a smile.
"Glad to hear that. Not many order that burrito."
Karla ran into the diner and without looking around yelled, "NEIIIIIIIIIIIL!" She stood tall with her tongue out a bit.
Erik shook his head rapidly in shudder of the shout.
Neil waved. "Come sit down, you're food is on the way." He said before glancing at Echo. "What's on your head?"
"Oh this thing? It's my imagination." she bounced over and sat.
Neil raised an eyebrow and patted Echo on the head. "Umm no that's real, Karla." He said with a chuckle.
*told you I was real.* echo said.
Erik chuckled and handed Karla a plate with another one of those burritos on it."
"Silly Neil. Flying rats aren't real." She looked at the plate and smelled a bit. "What is it?" Without waiting to hear an answer, she ate about half of the burrito.
*I'm not a rat, I'm an ancient mythical being.*
Neil chuckled. "Okay Karla, then we're both crazy i guess."
"Potatoes, eggs, bacon, ham and cheddar cheese." Erik said before looking at Echo. "I know how it feels to be an Ancient being."
"Hey, who said I was crazy? I could have gained something where i can make what I think." She spoke between bites as she finished it. "It was good but I need some more meat. Get bacon. Like a lot of bacon."
"Yea I don't think you picked up that ability." He said with a chuckle.
"You don't know! I'll have you know I came close with someone who had psychic powers." She crossed her arms.
