The institute was large. I mean, really really large. Imagine having four or five sky institutes put together with large campuses, parking lots, and a lot of facilities dedicated to research. There was even a testing facility and testing place, like the forest or the park they had. They even had small models of a small town. In front of the entrance was an office sort of building.
