"I think we should fight." She said with a smile. "I'll see how long my invisibility rune holds, and after that, as long as they don't look up, they probably won't see him. I think we have a good shot
Logan made her way to the StuCo room, knocking on the door as she glanced inside. She was wearing a plain blue t-shirt, paired with black skinny jeans and combat boots. Her shoulder-length green hair was brushed and in a loose ponytail, and she had what seemed to be sunglasses sitting on the top of her head. She had a plain black messenger bag hanging behind her, and a red suitcase she left beside the door.
Lottie stayed silent waiting for the others to speak. Angela on the other hand seemed a bit more confident. "I think we can do it, if all else fails we can't go down, right?" She asked with a small smile before looking at Logan. "Hi, what can we do for you?"
"She is one of the new council members. Logan if I remember correctly. Part of the security sector...but I think we can also make her also in the engineering sector"
"Hello." Logan said with a smile as she walked in and over to Akane. "And yes, it's Logan. Logan Pierce."
Aaron waved at Logan then spoke up. "I'm fine either way."
"I'm all for it, plus I have wings so if anything heads towards that bot, i'll keep it in the air." She said with a smile. She looked at Logan with a wave. "I always wanted to do something else like this." She said with a smile.
Logan waved at everyone before climbing onto one of the desks, sitting cross-legged as she pulled her bag in front of her. "So, what's being discussed right now?"
Akane then explains the situation to her.
Logan nodded as she tapped her fingers together, her nails having a sparkly green polish on them. "I see. Please, continue discussing." She said as she pulled a stick of bubblegum out of her bag, unwrapping it and popping it in her mouth as she looked around.
"Well, mrs. Gumgum, what do you think we should do, since you're part of the council now, we have two votes for and one abstain." Lilliana said skipping over.
"Me?" She asked as she looked at Lilliana, tapping a finger to her chin as she chewed her gum and thought. "First, let me ask you something." She started, blowing a big bubble which popped before she continued. "Does anyone have a plan for after this little raid?"
"Well obviously after we do the raid, if we win we have no reason to keep the kid, after our declared success we can let the kid go, if we lose well no need for a plan cause nothing changes from what we were like before the the kid was taken." She said with a chipper smile.
"Yes, and no. True on the part of the loss, not completely true on the win. Yes, we won't need the kid, but you know what we will need? Planning and preparation for the raids and kidnappings to come. Not only will we have the schools above us to attack, but with winning this comes a higher rank, yes? And a higher rank means lower ranked schools that will attack us." She said, glancing at the others. "If we as a student council aren't prepared for the chaos to come, then my vote for this is no."
"That's not exactly true either, you seem to have miscalculated on one factor." She said with a giggle.
"Oh? And what factor is that?" She asked, looking back at Lilliana.
"How deep do the wires run?" She asked tilting her head. "Sorry you're slightly distracting, how were they installed? By hand or another machine?" She asked tilting her head, her goggles shinning in the light. "Oh sorry, unless that was a secret." She shrugged. "Anyway, I mean fear, a human emotion that quickly leads to miscalculation and paranoia. Ms. Restia here took out many of these students and brought them back single handedly, which is probably why they asked for us to return him instead of attacking outroght, which is easily seen by any other school that maybe watching. So when we do move up that quickly from such an act, the schools below us will be intimidated, at least a bit which makes them either paranoid or maybe even cocky. If that happens, I'm sure our defense system and out cyber division will work together to find who's attacking us, then we will simply establish and deal with the problem like we are now." She said with a large smile. "If that's how that goes I'll be happy because I think this is fun. The smart edge we have is that from my calculations our president can't feel emotions, or at least she doesn't appear to. So if we are in a situation like we are now, she's clearly thinking of the best option without feeling intimidated or scared in anyway." She said with a smile. "And since I'm a child many studies tell me I don't fully understand fear either, which is really helpful." She said with another smile.
She raised an eyebrow slightly as she listened to her questions, shaking her head after a minute. "That's not relative to this discussion. Ask me later and maybe I'll tell." She said before going silent, seemingly running the words though her head. "While that may normally be true, with the kinds of students on this island, that is not something you can always count on. You pointed out or president, but if you didn't know her, you wouldn't know that. Without knowing the students in the other schools, we have to assume most if not all of them don't let their emotions interfere, if they even have emotions. There are 29 other schools on this island, full of all kinds of students. We can't be sure about anything, except there will be raids or kidnappings, one way or another."
"If you really think fear of the unknown, which only backs up my idea more. They don't know us either." She said with a shrug. "Plus I've already thought of not knowing the other schools, which is why I brought up the scare tactic." She said with another smile. "Fear is fear, just like eyes see everything, it's the brain that miscalculates. So my plan to deal with us moving up and having to fight, is simply using the eyes readily available. No matter what happens after we move up, it will take a bit of time to prepare for a raid, now using that time and maybe even starting now, our cyber division can attempt to spy on the people who would be below us and even above us slightly. As she's already hacked into the school we're facing now. So I'm the amount of time it takes them to prepare we're: one, already prepared; two, we're gathering intel, and lastly they'll have to spend at least another minute or so thinking of how to handle us which leaves more time for any grunt or cheif to miscalculate or over think something, which even machines can do. Although of course once you add in the human error chance from our end and the error from theirs, it's very obvious that we have a higher chance of succeeding. Though we are low in rank we have many good students and a very bright student council which can account for the majority of our human error chance." She yawned. "But if you still vote no, I understand, if all else what's really to lose? If we gain rank and then lose, we can't get any lower than where we are now. I figure it's worth it either way."
She smiled. "Well, you could have just said you had a plan in place." She said, blowing another bubble. "You're a pretty smart girl. I do agree with all you've said, so my answer to the original question, is yes." She finished, giggling slightly.
