alright *she shakes akiras hand* *her hand is ice cold*
Angela nodded. "Okay, you're all set up." She said with a smile. She went to sit back at the table. "Not only would we need to know what the other students can do, we'd need to know the limitations of the students we would be using for the raid."
*she walks off to her apartment* wait where is my apartment again
"Though knowing what they can do is for the better."
"Go into the city, they're right off the rail." She said with a small smile. "Knowing both would be for the better, knowing what they can do is a good start, but to counter them we'll need to know what we can do and if any of our students could be countered."
A message appeared in her phone, "It should be in the message I sent to you~."
Lilliana nodded. "I can go spy in people." She yawned. "Or survey our students abilities."
"Why don't we just have a friendly competition? One that allows students to train with others and even allow them to observe and keep notes on combat?" Aaron pointed out.
"As in other schools with us or just among us to find the skills of oh students?"
"Just us. Could be a good way to teach some students to work with others. And a good way to train some."
"It would be an easy way to," she yawned "see how well some could control their abilities."
"Then instead of a competition, why don't we have a class." She said quietly. "We can start the class off with random battles to assess skill levels, then we can help build whatever skills they have and work on control and tactics inside the class."
"Reason why I said competition, is because people with abilities, seem to actually try when it's a competition. If we make it a class, mandatory or not, a lot of people don't show a lot of care into it. Still, I do agree with that."
"A competition could make more people stay away than anything else, some people simply don't care about winning a simple competition, even if it's a class there's some type of reward out of it, even if it's just participation."
Aaron shrugged. "Whatever works." He said. "Just as long as it helps us stay prepared."
"Then comes the issue of finding abilities of other school."
"Is it possible to have a student of ours scout a different school?"
"Of course~. However, any school system will flag any outside student in the system, notifying the school's student council. Of course scouting out people in the public is all fair and game." Akane explained.
"Then there's our answer. For all we know, we could've been observed somewhere on this island."
"Unless you're using your abilities in the open, then they have nothing to scout, not that anyone should hide their own abilities, but I don't see everyone using them willynilly." She said with a sigh.
Lottie spoke up. "Then there is our problem," she looked to Akane, "how would they flag them?"
