Setting

Society has discovered a group of people that have special abilities. Naturally this scares them so they take every special-abilitied person and put them on a secluded, sectioned off mountain nicknamed "Outcast Hill". The hill is hundreds of miles away from any civilization and is impossible to get out of. It is very dangerous, but it is where the "outcasts" are forced to survive. They ban together and live as a newly formed society together.
