Hey, Kittycat. How much does the gov know about you? 
They have to know something, I think. They do experiments there, right? Assuming they've at least spent any time with KopyCat would reveal it can imitate things. Plus, KopyCat has done some escaping/imitating before. My guess would be that they should know a little bit about what it does, and would be wary of letting it see people/monsters. If this one guard doesn't know, KopyCat will come up with something clever. Trust me on that one.
