A solid steel cell down below ground at sub level 5. One way in, one way out. It is so secure that all light is artificial, the door and walls are several feet thick, food is administered through a small slot barely big enough for a tray and food to slide in through. There are a few chairs, they lack straps as nothing needs to be strapped down, really.
Only truly nasty and trouble-making monsters are sent here to be contained.
Current residents:
KopyCat.
Nathaniel.

As he is escorted into the room he flicks his eyes around, looking for weaknesses and other residents. "What a nice room.... Is it mine?" The grin was still plastered to his face, his mind in shambles. The sedative only caused him to lose focus. He wouldn't be able to talk to Gabriel.
KopyCat watched as Nathaniel was escorted in. It was a bit frightening to see the werewolf return for two reasons.
One: because it proved that the hunters were able to re-capture monsters.
Two: The violent werewolf was RIGHT THERE! Did they intend to have them duel inside the cell?! What was this, some rogue experiment by one of the crazed scientists?!
It took everything it had to keep itself from screaming. It floated into a corner, and shuddered.
"Oh hello. I suppose I'll have to put up with you then? Fine. I'm hungry, when's food?" He stared at the floating thing, some how he didn't even notice that it was terrified.
The guard uncuffed Nathaniel and pushed him in.
"Ooohh yeah it's yours, and it's going to be yours for a while. Get comfy. Well, as comfy as you can get on hard steel. Bwah! Ha ha!"

The guard hastily shut the door. It made a loud, resounding echo... sending the room into darkness. A few seconds later, a few lights came on, imitating the time of day outside, that being late evening. The lights would go off altogether soon enough.

At least the room had temperature control and a few dirty and ratted cushions.
A few sniffs came from his nose. A low growl from his throat. "Who. Are. You?"
KopyCat simply shivered in the corner.
"T-T-Technically... food is suppoooosed to be any second now! And, uh, it's not me! Not me! Don't eat me or murder me! Eheheheh!!"
"Too oddly shaped...what do we get for food? And how much?"
"You know, you'd be s-surprised, it's just below average... I get enough, but I don't know that it'll be enough f-for you."
As KopyCat finished up his sentence, a small flap in the wall opened up, and two trays of food were sent in. A bland mix of generic dinner-type items, but at least it was a variety and not some sludge.

KopyCat floated over and picked up one of the trays with it's mouth and shakily floated back over to his little corner.
"I don't even know what it is, but frankly, it's better than anything I would get outside at this point."
"Someone had anger issues..." He shifted to his true form, picking up the plate. "I'm hungry..."
*B e y o n d s c a r e d*
"He's gonna eat me if he doesn't get enough to eat!!" KopyCat thought. Nervously sweating, it took only enough food to keep itself from starving and then pushed the plate towards the werewolf.
"Eheheh! Uh, i'm not hungry! Y-Youcanchavetherestofmyplateifyouwantehehe!"

Ooooohhhhhhh goodness how was this even happening?!
"Eat it. I'll just get more food." His bottom jaw split down the middle and he ate the plate whole.
KopyCat had never dreamed of (Or ever wanted to) see such a horrifying event take place before it... but at least Nathaniel wasn't trying to outright murder Kopy.
It licked up the rest of it's own food in a rudely cat-like mannerism, speaking as it ate.
"Ifth thyouth thay thso..." It garbled mid swallow.

Finishing up the plate, it eyed Nathaniel.
"So, they got you back in here, huh? That must suck. You had a taste of freedom and they completely took it from ya."
"I came back willingly. Without a fight....more or less..... I wonder if they can see us... That'd be fun." He started walking about the room. Looking for cameras.
There is one camera in each corner of the room, high up on the ceiling.
There is no place to hide from them, and their placement suggests that a holographic/3D model of the room and its inhabitants can be constructed at any time to observe.
"They can definitely see us. Most certainly."
KopyCat was a bit surprised by Nathaniel's answer, though. Since when did an escapee ever come back willingly? It didn't make sense.

"There must have been a reason... or a bribe of sorts. You don't just get out to willingly come back in. What was it that made you come back so easily?"
"My own reasons....what are these doors made of?" He pointed to the door and looked at the floating head thing.
"Three or four feet of reinforced steel. There's concrete and other goodies mixed in that stuff. I hear there's even a layer of barbed wire inside the concrete... not sure what that would do though. Seems over the top."
Finally finding a small camera in the corner he jumped onto the wall. Tapping the lease with a claw he leaned close. "Hello? Oh Alex..... I'm hungry. I wonder how much force it would take to break your pretty door down..... Seriously though. Bring me something to eat. I don't even care if it's a person. You've seen that I don't have any preferences about my food. Unless you've got something alive...."
Someone has heard you on the other end of the cameras.
To keep you content, the wall opens and a box labeled "Miscellaneous Leftovers" is sent down. A note is scribbled on the box in sharpie:
"Leftover Potluck Leftovers for GERALD only!!!
~Gerald"

A little ways down, there is another note:
"Nevermind, I can't eat all this myself. You guys want some Stroganoff??
~Gerald"

To top all these notes off, a post-it note has hastily been scribbled on and attached to the box. "Cornwall here. Alexandra is very busy. Any questions can be asked through cameras. Will reply with leftovers + Notes."

The box is chock-full of leftovers. It appears they made a small attempt to heat it up.
