A large, rectangular hallway connects all the rooms of the building. All doors on the ‘inside’ side lead into the cafeteria or the front office, while the ‘outside’ rooms are the classrooms and the lecture hall in back. The hall is stone with pillared sides and an arched ceiling, and is regularly cleaned by various floating mops and brooms to maintain perfect cleanliness.

Nairn followed John closely, and upon entering the hall felt a joke to be made. With the same grin that announced his every joke, he said: "Well, here we are! Will we have to hall-t the procedures now?"
Donovan shook his head, face palming as he chuckled a bit. "That was a bad pun Nairn."
Nairn, still grinning, feigned confusion. " What? A bad pun? No such thing! Unless you just don't like puns."
Husk followed behind them. He enjoyed puns but he wasn't sure if the puns that Nairn was making were good or bad.
Posey stayed near Donovan. Her eyes flickered upwards at the crowd of talking students and she wanted to speak up and join them, but she wasn't sure what she'd say. She decided to keep her silence and say something later. She fidgeted slightly again. She really did want to make friends here, though. Later, she reminded herself.
Nairn turned to John, knowing too much humour could be a bad thing. He again took out his coin and fiddled with it, waiting for whatever was supposed to happen next.
"This is the main building. The main offices where Tsuka and I can be found when we're not teaching class can be found here. Office hours are until six pm. If you have any issues, you can find us in our private quarters during the week. The weekend we are only in the office from to 8:00 to 12:00 pm on Saturday and not at all on Sunday." John smiled at the thought as he continued to walk down the hall. "There lecture hall is over here while there are the two main classrooms. Many of your academic classes will be held in the classroom while some will be held outside." He looked around at them. "You guys doing okay so far? We haven't lost anyone yet, have we?"
Donovan looked around at the building and where everything was. He then looked around to actually see if anyone was missing.
Nairn looked up from his coin and looked around. Husk, Donovan, Posey and himself. "Unless there's someone new I don't know about, then we've got everyone." He turned to John. "What's next?"
He nodded continuing the tour. "The cafeteria is down here. This is where all you meals are prepared and served." John explained, pushing open large double doors that revealed the conventional cafeteria setting with long bench tables that sat six people at a time, and even more if more chairs were pulled up. Instead of benches for the seats, chairs were pulled up to the tables. "You are required to eat during your break for meals. The kitchen opens and closes a short amount of time before and after the time posted in your schedule if you want to take a look at this." He paused. "You sure you don't have questions or anything? I warned you, this is the boring part of the tour." John said, smiling brightly at his pupils.
Husk looked around. John was right this was kinda boring. The only thing that had slightly entertaining so far was when Nairn was making puns.
"All right, looks like this is where we'll all be KITCHEN our meals" It was such a bad one, that even Nairn cringed a bit.
Donovan cringed at Nairn's pun as well. He looked around the cafeteria.
Posey looked at the kitchen and then nodded. She gave a small smile when Nairn made... a pun, was it? She tried to commit everything that the principal was saying to memory, forcing herself to repeat the new information in her head. It all seemed to make sense. She didn't say anything.
Donovan looked over at Posey. "You haven't said anything since the assembly. Feel free to join in. No one's going to make fun of you."
Posey jolted upwards, looking around quickly. Her brown eyes finally landed upon Donovan. She shook her head quickly, looking down at the ground, her heart hammering quickly. "N-No, I don't have anything to say. B-But, thank you anyways." She added quickly, hoping he didn't think that she was ungrateful.
Donovan looked at her and chuckled. He could see that she was still nervous. "There's no need to be nervous. You're in good company." He assured her.
"A-Alright. Thank you." She really meant it. It was so hard talking to others, but then again, they probably were feeling the same thing. She did want to make friends...
"U-Um, Donovan? Will you please be my friend?" She asked as loudly as she could.
Donovan looked at her. Once she asked him to be her friend, he chuckled and nodded, patting her shoulder as he smiled. "Of course I will."
