RP Rules
Rule #1: Read the rules
Rule #2: Every action may/may not have a consequence, just like real life.
Rule #3: There may be deaths. This can be talk through more by the roleplayers and/or by the GM(if it is his). It is preferred that characters without names die first than with names(since they hold more importance)
Rule #4: Minor cursing is allowed.
Rule #5: Any creativity goes. I will not restrict you on doing anything as long as it isn't stupid, too sarcastic, and without seriousness. Basically your lore is able to be incorporated into this if it follows the rules. Please explain your lore of your character, if any, when applying for an application. It will be easier for the GM
Rule #6: Any roleplayer can incite a fight anywhere and at anytime. You may also create plots and other various of things. It must be feasible in this universe. If you aren't sure, send the GM a PM(recommended). He will be gladly to help. Again, there are consequences to the world for anything you do.
Rule #7: The most unusual rule of all in terms of roleplay. Being overpower is somewhat allowed but maybe discouraged. It is preferable if you can explain why and how. You must also incorporate the powers into his/her/its/their history and why they have come to this. Be specific why.
Rule #9: Be respectful. If the GM treads into an area he/she is not suppose to, send a PM and the GM will do something about it.
Rule #10: You may create a topic for your home, private places that you know more than I do, etc. If it is a public place, send a PM to a GM. It will be resolve within 24 hours.
Rule #11: All sexual stuff is to be skipped over or sent to pm. 18+ only.
Rules #12: Please use third person. If not, use proper first person please. Basically no: *These to indicate what you are doing*.
Old Rules for Consideration(Not Written by Laplace's Function)
1- Be online daily or at least every other day. If you will be gone longer than two days, please let us know! I prefer to have several posts from everyone every day.
I will not be running after people to post.
However, if there is a compliant of you not responding, I will talk with you.
Here are some tips to lengthen your post:
2- Internal thoughts are great but please make them appear different from your spoken words. I don't care if you use color or italics.
3- Keep Player Knowledge Separate From Character Knowledge. Just because you know something does not mean that your character was there and hearing what you have read. I hope this makes sense!
4- Respect the other players. Tolerate each other’s quirks. Suggest not criticize other RPers work. These three items will help everyone to grow in their ability of writing and characters will develop more depth. The RP will be more fun as well.
5- If by chance that I miss your post, please either poke me or send me a PM saying that you were overlooked and was it on purpose or accidentally. I am The Creator but I not a god. I still have mistakes...... ;-(
