Pffft I know when to run. And its obvious to me from zis ze way zis simulation is set up zat zese wolves are lower tier opponents. I'll destroy zem for sure. To flee would merely disapoint fazer.... Zough letting Korbin die might lose me a valuable unit in ze squad... Perhaps fazer is testing me to see how my decision making goes. Right. I'll put good effort. I'll fight and I'll flee at last minute if I have too. If Korbin does well in combat I'll make sure he lives. If not, I'll sacrifice him to save my own life if needed.

"Alright. We'll take note of zat. It sounds like sound advice. Are you ready Korbin?"

((Sorry I was thinking about what I wanted Eliana to say and I was reading over the stat system again))
"Great to hear! Now I haven't done one of these in a while. But, I have free time. Hmm." He scanned over the board.
"About as prepared as I can be on a moment's notice." Korbin said.

Her teleportation arrow ability could prove useful if I were to fall in combat.
I am interested in how well she knows the anatomy of a wolf. Maybe she can hit them straight through the heart, or maybe she will use multiple arrows to fell a single target.
"I will take this then" the lady at the table was right near them, "All you have to do is subjugate 5 wolves. Anything more we will still pay but at guild price." She said those before walking back to the desk to work on the paperwork.
Perhaps a little time to discuss tactics would be wise.

"Let us talk about how we want to do zis. I'd like to do it somewhat privately if you don't mind."

I almost got a little ahead of myself zere. To be fair, I haven't had field experience wiz tactics yet, mostly book experience. I'll have to take my time and get some practice wiz zese wolves. It'd also be wise to spend a good amount of time thinking while we hunt zem down. I've hunted wolves before wiz fazer but who knows how zis simulation's mechanics will hold up to ze real world. I'll admit its been pretty spot-on so far zough.... It does feel a little too real... Almost like were' in anozer.... world.

But zat's highly unlikely. We've studied the German technology we stole from ze war quite extensively. Zere was no mention of any entrance to anozer world.... However... could fazer be hiding somezing from me? No, he wouldn't do zat. I've never let him down he'd have no reason to. Still...
((also, side note. I've been reworking Eliana, she hasn't technically learned rain of Arrows yet. I've had more time to think about how I want this character to work. I've also changed around her stats slightly.

Go here if you want to see it now))
"I'll taaaake... This one!" He quickly snatched off a yellow escort job. "Haven't been questing much as of late let's take it slow." He said to himself. He then turned and raised it up, shouting with a smile, "Hey! Anyone up for coming with me on a yellow escort!" To this a man of about 20 years poke his head up and came up to Angelo, he was clearly fitted as a mercenary.

"You must be crazy if you're thinking about keeping me out of this one." He seemed rather energetic, tall with red hair.

"Knowing how you two are, you are going to need me." A shorter, blonde male healer spoke up. He spoke with a calm voice.

"Ando, Dante! Always glad to see you two! Ready, great!" Without waiting for a response he brought the slip over to the counter.
"Seems like you're quite renowned." Korbin commented a slight grin on his face.

"How long have you been doing guild work?" He asked, following him to the counter but still keeping some distance between them.

"Uhhh, let's see," He looked lost in thought. "A couple of years now. I just haven't done an actual quest for a few weeks. Just a lot of guild work."
"I-If you like there are private rooms for such o-occasion..." Arisa said, "For planning that is. The wolves would probably be located at the nearby forest..."
The lady at the counter took the quest paper and processed it, "All right. Escort job. Just escort a merchant convoy to the northern town from Orion. You can collect your payment at that town. The fees for traveling has been paid for by the merchants."
"Alright! Well, we'll chat later, Korbin. Don't go getting worn out on your first mission. Let's go guys." He spoke a few words and his dog-like ears were replaced with human ears. "Ya know the good thing about having a long cloak is that I don't need to worry about too much effort in hiding my tail." He laughed and waved as he and the two others left.
"I don't think I'll be wearing myself out anytime soon." Korbin said jokingly before turning back to Eliana and Arisa.

"May you show us the way to the planning room?" Korbin asked Arisa politely.
Zat Angelo seems to have a lot of respect around here. I better do my best to keep off bad side... Earning his trust is very important. I wonder.... would fazer be impressed or disappointed in me if I took over zis guild. Surely it'd show what I am capable of but I know he's always told me ze importance of following a superior officer... Perhaps more time is needed for me to learn ze rules of zis game.... Yes. Zen, when ze time is right, I can decide what action is best.

With that she signaled at Korbin to follow her with a wink and slight wave of the hand.

Come boy, we have tactics to discuss. Don't make me ask you again.
"O-of course!" she said slightly nervous before leading up to the planning room. It was more or less a private room. There a long large desk with chairs surrounding it. There was also a map on the wall. "T-this is one of the rooms...the wolves are located slightly west of here....just that they rarely leave the forest, so one must go into the forest to hunt them."
"Zank you so much for leading us to zis room. West you say? How large is zis forest? What are our chances of getting lost? Do you have basic.... mmm how you say.... Ah yes, Equipment? Compass and map for navigation."

Ze likelyhood of zis room being bugged seems fairly high. I'll have to be careful what I tell Korbin. Tactics only. Give zem ze wrong indication and zey may question my motives.
"Uh...the maps and compasses are here...provided by the king" she said as she took two copies maps of Mast, Orion, and Alfrueta and two compasses from under her jacket. "The forest isn't large...just large enough for animals to roam and live. And for equipment...the king gave you a sizeable...a-amount of money to spend on."
Excellent. I will be needing some gear, it would be good to buy a hunting knife.... a pack full of survival gear would be wise as well. Zough i doubt I'll get lost in a small forest.

Speaking of which, ze small size means it won't take long to scout for escape routes. Also, wolves normally don't like a smaller forest... zis might support my simulation theory. A silly machine cannot properly emulate a wolf.
Unless...

"Would you happen to know a better approximation of ze size of ze forest. And ze zickness? If not, know someone in zis guild who might? "

((I won't post anymore until loki responds) )
"It's about 500 acres northern westernish...h-here and the forest is somewhat thick for it's size...but perhaps it's due to Alfrueta's forest proximity" she replied.
Korbin studied the map for a moment before speaking.

"If that's the case, then we should enter the forest at the point that is closest to the wolves' territory. That should minimize the travel time along with giving us a somewhat quick escape option if things go downhill. Since there are wolves in the forest, I would assume that it's a small pack of them."
