"U-um...t-there's a possibility that the wolves can perhaps travel through the night without rest....that's assume they come from the Alfrueta's forest..." Arisa suggested.
"Which would make cutting off their path a viable strategy if you're correct. Maybe they don't travel in the night but instead in the extreme early hours of the morning, go about with their hunting, and return to the larger forest at dusk. Which gives us multiple windows of opportunity to intercept them." Korbin said.

He studied his map, mentally plotting the possible travel routes that the wolves might take to reach the forest near Orion.
After leaving the magic shop John found him back in front of the Trios guild. Feeling a bit tired john decided to just sit down on one of the nearby benches surrounding the Guilds exit.

"Wonder what those hero's have chosen to take on as a quest. Whatever it is Arisa will take care of them so i can just relax for a bit." he thought to himself.

slowly laying down looking at the sky John starts to just look at the sky and go into deep thought...
Alisa was walking out from the back. She was fully geared now with her lightweight full set armor, two swords, one on each side, and her ear with tail moving about. She took a minute to look at the bulletin board.
(sorry been thinking when to step in))
"You will make fine wolf hunter, Korbin."
He is almost as intelligent as I am. Yes, I will keep him around. He will make fine unit. Like queen on ze chess board.

Eliana was doing much the same.
"So...t-the decision is...?" Arisa asked, "J-just remember the creatures here...may be different from where you are from."
I cannot let zem know zat I have high suspicions of zis world being a simulation. Hopefully ze level of seriousness I've provided
here will reject any suspicions of such.

"I believe ze decision is obvious. Korbin?"

((Also it almost seemed a bit meta-ish that they knew of Eliana thinking that the world was a simulation. Though I'll give you that one because of how there's a HUD and everything, so people could easilly get that idea. That's sorta where I got the simulation idea in the first place. Just want to make sure that your characters were only suspecting of Eliana's thoughts and not knowing for sure.))
"Depends on what you are proposing. I'm thinking that the best strategy would be to arrive a few hours before dusk to situate ourselves. Then we would wait until the wolves begin their travels back to the main forest at dusk. If that tactic fails and intercepting them in the early morning hours fails as well, then we could directly pursue them."

Arisa might be right, these wolves may be far different than what we are familiar with. Which will leave a number of caveats to deal with.

((I'm back sorta, I might be a bit slow for posting for the next couple of days. I should be fully back by Saturday ¯_(ツ)_/¯ ))
"Zat sounds like a good plan. We will need to buy some supplies."

((Provided this times stamp includes the fact that they went and did everything they needed to prepare, then I'm fine with that.))
Kris arrived at the guild and thought it strange to find someone lying outside of it and gazing up at the sky. She slowed her pace, coming to a stop several feet away from him. The elf wore a cloak, and she had chain mail armor on over her gray robes. Even though she wore a cloak, one could see a mace hanging at her belt. The pack on her back had a helmet hanging from it, and she wore a small shield over her shoulder blades. Her robes were modest in both cut and color, a dull gray. They ended at her shins, the boots under them had dust from the road on them.

"Are you injured? Or maybe just feeling philosophical? Did they kick you out?" she asked, gesturing toward the Guild. Her hair was clean and free of tangles due to being so short, but it was . . . askew. At times, she ran her hands over it and tried to press it down and tame it. It just always seemed to pop back up.
"Can't get thrown out of a guild I'm not in." John laughed.

"I'm just thinking about things. Nothing major. I am John. Now who might you be?" He said curiously.

John looked over the girls gear. Chain mail, mace, shield..

"Perhaps she's vanguard fighter..? She's so small though..." John was puzzled by her appearance.

She seemed young. Not too young but maybe a year or 2 younger than John. However John wasn't great at guessing.
Later Eliana and Korbin would have bought the supplies they need. They'd have hunting knives, materials for setting traps (ropes, sheets to create fake bottoms, shovels), first aid supplies (potions), magic-powered lights, emergency canteen of water, and dehydrated rations.

Eliana also tossed purchased a light-weight, cheap bow to put into her pack. This bow would serve as a backup to the Elven Longbow she acquired at the training ground. She still had the bow she arrived to Astrial with, but it was too heavy to carry around with all the things they aleady have. She ended leaving it at a keepsake.

It was the best bow from her world, but still not as good as the Elven Longbow. However, she'd still like to have a more permanent backup in the scenario that the Elven Longbow were lost in any way.

They'd also have taken time to test the functionality of the teleport arrow more. The following conclusions have been made:
1. The teleportation will NOT commence until the arrow hits the ground.
2. The caster must initially declare who is going to be teleported as they cast the spell. The spell is considered cast after they release the arrow. The caster is always an implied participant of the teleportation arrow, they cannot teleport someone else in their place. However, a good work around Eliana discovered is by initiating the spell herself, then allowing the desired ally to release the arrow. That'd allow the ally to be teleported instead. The added risk, however, is that the bow would also be teleported with that person. This would leave Eliana unarmed without another weapon.
3. The caster must be holding or touching their ally AT THE TIME the arrow hits the ground. Otherwise, their ally won't be teleported with.

Now they'd just ready to leave the guild and head towards the hunting grounds.

((If you'd like to add anything go ahead Loki))
((The shovels and other equipment barely makes a dent in the sizeable money. I'm going off DnD and Pathfinder's money thing. A wilderness Kit:

Full Wilderness Kit

hunting knife 2 gp 1 lb
whestone 2 cp 1 lb
shovel 2 gp 8 lb
hammer 5 sp 2 lbs
2 square yards canvas 2 sp 2 lbs
fishing line and hook 1 sp
flint and steel 1 gp
iron pot 5 sp 10 lbs
tent 10 gp 20 lbs*
waterskin 1 gp 4 lbs*

Total Cost: 17.32 gp (gold pieces)
Weight: 48 lbs (30 Small)

Now this rp we disregard weight since I'm not going there and bother about it. The sizeable amount of money ranges around 10,000 gp.
An example of magic item's worth:

A bag of holding is a magic item. It weighs a fixed Amount. This weight, and the limits in weight and volume of the bag’s contents, depend on the bag’s type, as shown on the table below. Bag of Holding I weights 15 pounds, can carry 250 pounds worth of stuff, has a volume of 30 cubic feet, and cost 2,500 gp.

Even the cheapest magic item racks around 800 gold pieces or so but lesser magic item averages around 2000. Higher ones rank up to 8000 and as much as 235,000.
(( Reread what I wrote. One bag cost: 17.32 gp. You have 10,000 gold pieces. 10,000 - 17.32 = 9982.68 gp left. Basically what I am trying to say is that whatever you are buying that is not a magic item, can barely dent the cash you are carying.
Arisa presented the heroes a magic book to teach them, however, the magic words cannot be read by them unless by learning the language. As a result Arisa only managed to teach them the skill Analyze. Roleplayers may determine what level of Analyze the hero has earned(Between 1-10/I-X)
Kris certainly didn't cut an intimidating figure, she was as slender and fair as any elf. And she was young for an elf, barely considered an adult. Many of her peers might consider her to be a teenager at this age, 16 or 17 perhaps. The cleric had a certain spunk and resilience about her despite her youth and near fragility.

"My name is Kris! I came here to see about adventuring, to help people on their quests. I'm a cleric, and heal people by channeling divine magic." Aware that she was a handy addition, and knowing she could help people and held feed herself at the same time, Kris looked like she was happy to be here.

"Do you know of anyone that's leaving soon?" the elf inquired. "I could intercept them and see if they'd have me along."

Whenever Kris was done talking to the man outside, she strolled on inside, humming a jaunty little tune. As she was looking around, she almost bumped into a woman and some of her companions that seemed to be getting ready for travel.

"Good afternoon!" she greeted them. "Are you going on a quest or adventure anywhere? Could you use another person? I have healing and protective magic, if none of your current party members do, I'd like to ask to join!"
(Who we waiting for again)?
John confused by the elven girl decides to follow her into the guild but not too obviously. Walking into the guild near the door he leans against the wall so he can overhear their as subtle as could be.

"Who is this elven girl, what does she want and out of every guild she he shows up to the one with the worlds new hero's..not to mention she looks nothing like a healer. It's strange.." John thinks to himself..
What? She just shows up now and expects to join after missing ze entire briefing! She's so foolish.

However, zat's exactly what I need. People who are unsuspecting and easy. I'll catch her up to speed. If she can learn fast enough on our quest, I'll keep her. If not, then she'll have not been worz my time and will die to ze wolves.

"Well... We were just getting ready to go, however, I suspect your healing magic could be of use. We've never fought zese kinds of wolves before, so I suppose we may need ze healing and protection.

We were just off to observe ze wolves hunting paths and look for a weakness to exploit. When zey move between forest, zey are out in open. Most likely we will try to set trap or single zem out in some way.

I have written down ze tactic on zis scroll."

Eliana handed Kirs the scroll.
