Kris thought it was strange, how timid Arisa seemed, if she was supposed to function as an arbitrary party. The elf shrugged it off, she had observed people who had more abilities than their appearance gave them credit for.

She was surprised to see Korbin make a bit of magic flare up, she had not expected such talents from him. "Well, I'm sure we'll be able to complement each other's abilities well, with some planning," she said.

The cleric had to keep herself from falling into deep thought over someone discovering magic abilities upon coming to a new realm, this was not the time to reveal the more studious aspects of her personality. Seeing the patch of woods off in the distance, she figured it would be big enough for a pack of mundane wolves, and a herd of their prey animals, to occupy. Kris admired the view of the trees swaying back and forth in the wind, stretching on her tip toes to get a better look. "Sometimes they can reveal themselves under stress or because of a strong need. You will likely discover more in time . . . is this it? We were going to lie in wait and watch for them, correct?"

Her manner was more serious and thoughtful now, some of her youthful energy gone and focused into serious business now.

Was not sure of the time or the season, exactly, and did not wanna make any presumptions in describing any scenery.
Eliana was wandering towards the guild.

Useless. Overly aggressive. Its good to be prideful but zey're too stupid about it. Zey refuse to use zere heads. I completely misjudged Korbin. I zought he was rational but now I know he's just looking for arbitrary fights.

She was nearly at the entrance as she kept blaming others for everything. She seemed rather frustrated with the outcome, and continued to hide the fact from herself that she contributed almost nothing. She really had a lot to learn and a lot of practicing to do.

The girl hasn't even been through boot camp yet, but she thinks she can just all up and lead an army? Foolish. No... Young and stubborn. And infatuated with her own abilities. She's done very well in school, if that's any sign of what feeds her arrogance.

I've had enough of ze ozers. Perhaps I'll need to train by myself. Fazer would be happy if I accomplished more on my own anyways.
The lady at the desk gave a nod when she came in. Most people were minding their own things.
Eliana barely even looked at her. The look of frustration seemed compounded. She felt inclined to ignore people right now. She ended up just leaning against a wall and lighting her cigarette. She wasn't too far from the lady at the desk.

She let out a big sigh in pure frustration.
"Welcome back. Where was everyone?" the lady at the desk asked.
She sighed as she puffed on her cigarette for a moment with her eyes closed. She let out a slow exhale before finally responding.

"Zey.... We killed ze wolves but foolish Korbin picked a fight we didn't need. He was worthless."

She specifically left out any information about Kris.
"A fight? Well..I guess it was something. Do you have evidence of the wolf kills?"
"No.... by ze time we killed ze wolves zey already arrived.... I ended up fleeing before I could retrieve anyzing....
I could tell zey had much more experience in zis realm I didn't want to die. Fazer always told me you need to know even when to retreat. Korbin was fool and kept on fighting even when it was obvious zey would defeat us... Likely even kill us. Zere's no reason to die like zat."
"Well..." she frowned, "Doesn't mean you should leave them for dead. You're a hero aren't you? At the very least you should get help...but I fear they may be dead, considering Arisa hasn't return."
Damn it. She's right. Even if zey are worzless...

She threw the cigarette on the floor and began sprinting.
"W-wait!" she shouted.

Nooooopppppuh!
John had let out a big yawn as he awoke in a bed on the second floor of the guild. "That was a great nap" he thought to himself. "Perhaps the hero's are back after that quest" he stood up put of the bed and washed his face and fixed his clothing.

((I wasn't on the quest so for like a week there was nothing I could do or say but I kept up with everything))
(No haha I was active the whole time. John gave whistles I was just waiting incase one of the characters blew the whistle. Plus I'm patient )) ((Oops))

I was afraid you had gone. I'm glad you're still around, Corban
Eliana and the group were at the gate. She seemed to be surprisingly relaxed. Likely due to the fact her pack of cigarettes was now nearly empty.

Her nicotine indulgence gave her a relaxed mentality.
Kris had been perplexed and then amused with the words and the smile that Eliana shot her, but she caught on and smiled in a mischievous sort of way. She sent a furtive glance toward Korbin. The cleric had decided she might try to talk to him later even if she knew she would hold firm in her convictions.

As they approached the guild, she suggested, "Perhaps we can get something to eat after the carcasses have been turned over, rethink our strategy for next time."
"I agree. It seems ze monsters here are too smart to be snuck upon and simply fooled. I zink ze best strategy will be to work on reaction times and general combat skills. Zis world is like combat simulation i once play. It is all about being a powerful reactive fighter."
Korbin had remained silent for the entire trip back to the guild. It seemed as if something was troubling him, since he seemed to be looking at something beyond sight. This distant gaze didn't seem like his normal contemplating gaze, but one more of confusion and slight agitation.
John walked downstairs to the main foyer of the guild. He approached the receptionist at the front desk. "By chance do you know if any of the new hero's are back from that wolf Misson they went on?" He said with a bit of charm.
