((i say we wait on SolarLoki for a second. He needs a bit more time))
((also, side note. I've been reworking Eliana, she hasn't technically learned rain of Arrows yet. I've had more time to think about how I want this character to work. I've also changed around her stats slightly.
Go here if you want to see it now))

((Typically this forest doesn't have caves but the proximity of the Alfrueta's large forest often have wolves traveling back and forth during night times. They hunt day and travel back during night. It's around a 7 mile distance. Sadly this one has no land mark other))
((Hm at that sort of distance that makes a lot of sense. The wolves probably wouldn't want to be exposed for a distance that long during the day. So actually the key to victory would be to discover their movement patterns and use that to our advantage.))
(( More or less))
(( No problem. Should I make another post?))
((Do remember time skip is allowed. As long as all members in the rp group are fine with it.))
(( Do remember the sizeable amount of money allows you to get at least 1-2 magic items and at most 3-4 with two enchantments on the former and one enchantments on the latter set of numbers))
((Well lets see.... The only scale I have to go off is Diablo 2 so if I have my scaling wrong please inform me.
Diablo 2's scale works like where a decent magic item with several properties would cost you $5k. The same item could be sold for maybe $1k or so.
Standard weapon items would cost maybe $500-$1000 without any magic.
Basic supplies in Diablo 2 (like arrows or potions) is like dirt cheap. $20-$100.
Ropes, sheets, shovels, water, rations and potions are all basic items.
Hunting knife and lightweight bow are standard weapon items.
Magic-powered light (basically just a flashlight) is simply a magic flashlight really.
So roughly... $600 (basic items) + $2000 (basic items) + $2000 (the single powerful magic item).
I guess this would have to be the total amount of supplies bought between them. Like a single shovel,
a single sheet, a single rope, etc etc.
I tried to give pretty high estimates on the costs as well.
Please tell me if you still think it might be too much supplies, and what ballpark you'd have me head towards.
Thanks.

Ah okay so 2 of these bags is 5k 1/2 money spent.
So these flashlights would be considered a cheaper magic item, wouldn't you agree? So maybe $1k a piece.
$3k left. Plenty for all these tools and to get 1 of each for the two of us.

((I'd argue we'd have about $2.7k left. I'm being lazy on my math but I see nothing wrong with this))
((Actually I can probably even get a few more things. Was that you point this whole time?))
((So we're not buying magic light sticks we're buying normal torches.))
(( You can buy magic sticks. Now enough with the OOC))
((No one at the moment. Female and companion I presume it's the heroes' group. I guess a 3-4 hour time skip was fine. Though John's interaction with Kris isn't affected so if you wish to continue, it is fine.))
((Was trying to get Kris to meet Eliana, PMed her about it, but it's no big deal and I can jump in at another rp, if not.))
((Oh no, I was just saying you don't need to move on but if you have something planned with Eliana, then that's fine with me))
((I think we're intended to go here.))
