I'm gonna use this thread for two things; one, announcing plans for future rps and also collecting ideas that I haven't put into place yet. And also announcements about my availability, cause I don't wanna ninja on you guys.
Which means I might as well mention here that I have a few ideas that I want to put into play, especially if some of the threads I'm currently following die. (Makes me kinda wanna make a multi-character profile for all my side-characters. I think I have five of them at this point.) I don't know that they have yet, just in case. Some of them have stagnated but its not for anything mysterious.

Ok, so here are some future plans (Edited 11/16/17):
1. A thread with a minecraft theme or minecraft-related theme. Probably using my character Tara. Talked about this idea but it might be some time before it ever comes to light.
3. A thread regarding Belgaer and Jal once again, but this one is less ambitious; though the setting is largely the same the plot is different, they're a few years older in an alternate setting and the opening is going to be calm (most likely.) Also may feature babies.
4. A thread starring a very scared young veteran being chased by the ghosts of his past. Not a pre-existing character I have, but someone who's been floating in my head a little while.
5. A post-cyberpunk city-based rp. No solid ideas yet, just got inspired by Ghost in the Shell.
6. Something that includes Chowderhead. Possibly a Swells of Rage continuation, possibly something else. It is to be seen.
7. A continuation of A Rainy Night.

One of the best parts of a previous iteration of the second rp prompt was the more expressive characters. And it has been written before, but that was a looong time ago and it got cut tragically short when the forum we were writing on got deleted by its owner. So this is basically a clean slate. And... quite different, so far.
EDIT: I've finished the first post of one of the rps I mentioned, but since both my and Lyssa's characters are relevant I'm waiting to post openly after she's written her part. Then I'll post it openly, but with a few rules and a mini-glossary. I had to make up a lot of names for this rp, since its related to a pre-existing kingdom.

I don't know what all the rules will be just yet, but I do know some for sure.
1. is that we decided other royal characters wouldn't fit into the scenario smoothly, so they're prohibited.
2. Is, well, pretty simple. Just have to take a look at the names list I inevitably post so that there's no confusion about what they are.
After that its basic rp rules. Be respectful, no godmoding, etc.
The idea is to allow peoples' creative exploration but not to give anyone power too absolute. In previous iterations of this rp there were... problems with that. And the reason no royals would be permitted is just cause we've already established the royalty of this country.
As for royal families otherwise, I will discuss this more with Lyssa.
Otherwise I don't believe there will be limits on what characters you can use, but it will be slightly more complicated to enter this rp. Basically just a quick checover of whatever characters you do want to add and if all's clear you can post.
Still waiting on her post so there's no need to rush figuring out which character you'd like to add, if any. It might sound not so appealing to join for you two at this point but I've written a -lot- in this OP, so we'll see if my wall of text changes your minds. Once she's added her part I'll post it publicly, and start an OOC thread (probably outside this group) so that folks can join.
