Hey guys! Lyssa here (wait, why am I reminding you?)
Iltheyn asked me to come online and give ya'll an update on what's been going on, and some info on his absence. As you may know, he went into surgery on the first! He's been mending really well, but he's still unable to do much of anything with his hands, or his arms.
He has another appointment with his surgeon on Tuesday, and the doc will let us know when he'll most likely be able to return to his regular activities. With any luck, he'll be healed up enough by then to start writing and drawing again, even if it's only in small bursts at a time.
I'll try to post back here as soon as we know more! If any of you guys have questions or anything for him, I'll act as your messenger, and send on any replies he has for you.

Update: Iltheyn and I visited the doctor today. The nurses and the surgeon both told him that he was healing very nicely. We asked how long it will take for him to resume his regular activities, and they said it will be four weeks at the earliest. It seems like he'll be able to do small bouts of work/play at the desk much sooner, though. He's still not allowed to lift anything or move his arms very high up, but his bandages are off! Woo!

Hey folks. Been a little while since I've been physically capable of typing (and truthfully I would still not be able to safely were it not for Lyssa's efforts to build an overbed table) but since I'm back I thought I'd let you all know here.
I'll try to revive what threads I have, so far haven't seen the damage on them yet. Hope everyone had a good couple of weeks.

Sorry for not updating for like two weeks!
Got an infection post op. I managed to nip it in the bud but that plus my carpal tunnel were stressing me out too much to really give my posts any attention. Things are looking better now (I don't think I have carpal tunnel syndrome anymore either, as I've drawn like five things on paper yesterday) but I may still be a little slow to do much.
Sorry again. I'm hoping to keep some of the threads alive but I might shake off the dust by making a new thread. (Because I'm fickle xD)
