WORK IN PROGRESS
So far we've got 3 playbooks confirmed; a Nova, a Doomed and a Delinquent
Delinquent: We totally broke some major rules to win the fight. What rules did we break? Whose rules were
they?
Doomed: We paid a high cost for victory. What was it?
Nova: We destroyed our surroundings in the fight. Where was it? What did we destroy?
Janus: We saved the life of someone important, either to the city or to us. Who was it? Why are they important?
Outsider: We didn’t trust each other at first, but that changed. How? Why?
Protege: We stuck together after all was said and done. Why? How’d we keep in contact?
So let's start working these things out. Obviously you should have first say over your playbook's question, but let's collaborate so we have a goo grasp of exactly who you guys pissed off, and just how many headlines you made.

I feel the broken rules are easy, stole a cop car and broke into a heavily secured area to get the information we needed.
Maybe after we broke in, the private sector security locked down and then something like I have to rip a hole through the damn building's roof to move people out.

So we caused massive collateral damage? Right on!
My add is that we had to save someone important.
So....
The information we needed from the facility was the whereabouts of Dr. Candice Butterpeace Esq, M.D., D.D.S.; time was short as the [insert villain name here: maybe "The Fez!"] was about to user her bio-metrics to activate the finals stage of his plan.

I'd like to take this time to remind people of the Deck of Villainy on my google drive. It's got 54 premade villains ready to go and might be a great way to get some ideas flowing.
Would also like to point out that this is your first time working as the full team. You may have run into each other previously on individual basis, or even know one another outside costumes, but you've never all worked together before. So you're all going to need reasons you were in the same situation.
So something like
We are all chasing the villain individually and encounter each other either to help (or maybe even initially get in each others way) then jell as a team to defeat the big bad.

Not the worst plan. If you get the chance (you being a general you) watch the first couple episodes of Young Justice on Netflix. This game is heavily inspired by that show in particular, but not the only source.
Another idea.
Similar to the "what happened during our first match" bits. We write a short combined narrative about how each of us fails to get the villian as we are individually trying to capture them and that leads into the next hero showing up at the right moment and compensating for our failure. The key is that each of our failings is tied to our playbook. So a nova would loose control of their power, the delinquent breaks a rule and it turns out badly for them, the janus's mask gets broken and has to retreat to hide their identity etc. etc. Then after each of us failed on our own in our hectic rush, we dust our selves off and group up for the combined team effort (which we're already writing incidently )

Our great loss.. We save the doctor and escape but in doing so destroy
years of her research that could have helped people.
years of her research that could have helped people.
Work that could have potential lead to something that would help save our poor doomed, perhaps?
Work that might have stabilized highly unstable nuclear material ..
